Like so many others here, ordered sack trolleys showing as in stock and available for next day delivery. First time that turned into 3 months. Stupidly gave them another go and having the same issue. Response on the phone is we're struggling like everyone else to get goods into the country! Should be a law preventing companies like this advertising items as in stock and available for delivery when they don't actually have them.

I ordered a sack barrow/trolley back in early November 2021 - why? cos I needed one. Got over the need via other means so kinda let things ride. mid Dec, sent them an email querying the lack of arrival of said trolley, received auto reply saying'we will take forever to respond' !! sent 2nd email beginning Jan 2022, no response at all. Jan 7 rang them, oh its STILL not in stock.... coming from China. Could they have let me know...... NO, they didn't need to cos its all on their website. Such an obnoxious piece of work on the phone. Head well up her behind. ONE STAR due as refund was instant.

Product I wanted advertised as available and delivered in 2-3 days. ****JUST NOT TRUE. *** These people take your money and let you down, the customer services phone is a joke (just some tart telling you to email). They're Number 1 alright, Number 1 for conning people out of money and not doing as advertised DELIVERING THE GOODS ON TIME. Keep clear YOU ORDER AT YOUR PERIL.

I bought a sack truck about 18 months ago, which has been brilliant, however the hub cap has come off and gone missing so the wheel is now loose. I contacted Sack Trucks Direct to ask for a replacement hub cap. They don’t sell just the hub cap I would have to buy a pair of wheels costing £24.95. How ridiculous when the wheels I have are absolutely fine. I am really not impressed and would not recommend anyone buy from them.

I recently ordered a truck barrow from them with free delivery stated on the website. I then received an email asking for £22.80 for delivery followed by a second email asking for £26.40 for delivery. Needless to say, I canceled and bought the same barrow elsewhere at a lower price and free delivery. Very dishonest ppractice.

Very poor service. Ordered a 2 section sack truck from these guys back in April, was advised on the order that the expected shipping date would to be 3rd May.

Despite several promises the order was going to be despatched, alas we're now in July with so no fulfilment. Checked on the website, and now the it was listed as been in stock.

Contacted their customer services, who advised that actually the item wasn't in stock. They contacted their supplier and then came back to me saying there still wasn't a delivery date. Raised the question, at what point would I have been contacted to say they item wouldn't be fulfilled, or they couldn't course it - no clear answer to it.

It seems that they maybe operate on a drop ship setup, which given the current environment we're all working in, isn't ideal - but would be handy if they advised this prior to placing an order with them.

Absolutely poor service and delivery expectations. Ordered a truck for £290 on 4th April 2021. website advised a few days delivery. called up around the 26th to say that the manufacturers would deliver it by Wednesday 28th April. No delivery so spoke to them again on the Friday 30th April and was advised it was out for delivery that day as i demanded a refund. Still no delivery to date 4th May 2021 so will be requesting refund from the bank as the staff Agi in particular was unprofessional and not very helpful. Terrible.

No frills but plenty of substance. Product is top quality and it arrived in good time. Communications as to when item was due to arrive could have been a bit better but no real issues.

Generally well constructed trolley. Slight damage to blue plastic surface, possibly in transit. This surface could have been made of a tougher material. Nevertheless, pleased with purchase.

Brilliant product - delivered early - easy to assemble - just what I wanted - what's not to like? Would definitely use this company again if looking for something similar.

Product seems fine, but only time will tell, we ordered two for our pub car park, one arrived with a spring loose in the box which apparently pushed out the piece you put padlock on to stop it retracting into ground, After notifying them a second one was promised the following day, which we were pleased about as we had a dirty great big hole in our car park, it arrived two days later with a different plate on the top, so we now have one with a square plate and one with a round plate, doesn’t look as good as we had hoped with the variation

You can’t buy attachments from this company for trolley once you bought your trolley as other company would sell you attachments as a extra

The product I purchased was as described and is exactly what I needed for the job.

Great truck which is perfect for my needs and strong enough to carry my slabs etc . Great company to deal with and faster than expected delivery.

Ordered during Covid-19 therefore delivery was delayed. I was advised of this via email thereafter when the item was despatched.
Item was as described, nifty fold down trolley, very usefully and easy to store in ones boot.
