The business I work for bought two electric pallet trucks. We eventually needed one so made a return - this was not straightforward as I had hoped but the 5 star review goes to Suzanne for following up my query and achieving the refund for my business - it's important as we were honest through the return and were refunded - thanks for doing this - the other pallet truck is great also :-)

Delivered promptly and performed exactly as anticipated. Truck is of a very high quality and joints are robust enough for the heavy use it was intended for.

Unlike most reviews my 'heavy duty' platform truck arrived in good time. However it is made from the cheapest components in China and is no way capable of the 450kg advertised. Please shop elsewhere, this product is terrible. SackTrucks and BristolToolCompany are part of the Austen Group Ltd, I've come across them before with the same quality issues, different products. Check before you buy and avoid.

Good product as advertised and delivered quickly.

I ordered a sack trolley. Unfortunately the quality was poor. The wheels wobbled excessively, to the point one ripped off within a few days of use with a relatively light 40kg weight on it - the max weight for that sack trolley is 200kg.
I've contacted support via email and telephone numerous times over a period of 4 weeks. Each time I'm promised replacement wheel. Nothing happens.

I ordered a platform truck with sides and pneumatic tyres to convert into a festival buggy. It arrived on time and was well packaged. I’ve been buying these garden trolleys for years. On initial inspection the quality seems much better than the other ones I’ve purchased. There was some confusion over my delivery address which was easily sorted when I contacted the customer support team. No issues for me and I would use them again.

I ordered a garden cart on a Saturday evening with the ‘next working’ delivery; it should’ve been delivered on the Tuesday.
Needless to say Tuesday came…then Wednesday…then Thursday & finally Friday came but no delivery even though I’d emailed (no reply) & phoned; each time I phoned I was told an urgent message had been sent to the warehouse but nothing came of it so I cancelled my order.
I’m going elsewhere to get the cart, somewhere that has a good reputation….why didn’t I read Trustpilot reviews prior to using Savk Trucks??

Customer Service is a JOKE. I’ve been waiting for a so called Stacey to call back. It’s been over 3 months since I raised my complaint. Missing wheel upon delivery. Then failed to give the correct delivery date. Offered a measly £5 refund. It’s still in dispute and nobody is bothered to return calls, even though each agent states my concerns will be followed through. Management are a JOKE and clearly don’t respect customer feedback !

FRAUDSTERS - Stop what your doing, do not purchase anything from this company. In a rush I made the fatal mistake of not checking reviews. The truck I received today which cost nearly £300 is worthless, so badly made its not worth assembling. Realising that I've been had checked online and saw the reviews. It's likely to a small claims court to get my money back which will be a complete PITA.

Save yourself the grief, avoid.

I ordered a product and after a month of them not sending it, they don't want to refund my money so basically stealing from me. Case opened now with PayPal. Stay away, they are not a legitimate company.

I ordered the sack truck on Monday and paid for next day delivery since we were moving Tuesday and need it urgently. Waited till end of play Tuesday and nothing arrived. It did come around 3:30 on Wednesday, way too late for the move!
No refund offered for the additional payment I made for next day delivery.
So beware, they take your money but don't provide the service they say they will give.

So I ordered the sack truck, got an email from DHL it was to be delivered between 18.30 - 19.30, I got in at 18.20, waited a few hours but nothing, decided to check my email, apparently delivery was made at 16.26 and was signed for, this is hilarious as I was at work and I live alone, so sitting here £80 down, father with no bday present, I contacted both sacktruck.co.uk and DHL a week ago and have been ignored by both although the responsibility does lie with sacktrucks.co.uk, what is wrong with company’s today? They take your money and give you either sh@t service or no service at all, I run a small firm myself and would never treat any of my customers like this, communication is key! They have no pride in what they do it’s only about the money, I would not go near them again with a barge pole.

Product fine. Customer service appalling. Paid surcharge for next day delivery: it didn't happen.
Actual date of delivery was three days after it should have been delivered. I had to chase the company to find out why - only got a vague response - and was told that my request for repayment of my 'next day' surcharge had been 'passed to accounts'. It is now nine working days since I originally placed my order on October 16 and despite further emails to seek redress: nothing.
It is only a matter of a few pounds but it is the principle - if you can't fulfil an agreement to deliver in 24 hours and charge extra for that service, why advertise it as an option in the first place? And having failed, why take so long to set things straight? If it were me at fault, I would be focusing on restoring customer confidence asap. Nor does any consideration appear to have been given to the fact that I also had to reschedule several times in order to be present to receive the ordered item. All in all, a chastening experience and in future I shall be giving Sack Trucks a wide berth. I hope senior management take note and get their act together forthwith.

I recently purchased one of their products from Suck Truck. The product was delivered on June 13th, and upon inspection, I discovered multiple scratches and cosmetic damages on the surface of the truck. I promptly called them to inform them about the issue and also inquired about the product's capacity to lift up to 250kg, as it appeared rather fragile. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke to on the phone failed to acknowledge my disappointment regarding the product's condition. Furthermore, when I asked about the truck's weight capacity in relation to my heavy American fridge, her response seemed almost sardonic, suggesting that I needn't worry since no fridge weighs 250kg and that the stated weight on my sack truck indicates its lifting capability.

While I understand that minor wear and tear can occur during transportation and handling, the extent of the scratches on the sack truck exceeded what would be considered normal for a brand-new product. It is evident that proper care was not taken during transit, resulting in these unsightly damages.

In an effort to resolve the matter, I composed a polite email requesting that they address the issue. However, despite receiving an email confirmation stating that my inquiry was received, I have yet to receive any further communication from them even after a week has passed. No emails, no calls, and no apologies.

If this is the level of "customer service" they provide, I certainly won't consider making any future purchases from them.

Ordered on 7th May 2023 ("2-3 days delivery") - Order Number 2063859034. From then I heard nothing, so on 11th May I emailed and respectfully asked for an update. Low-and-behold, two hours later, I received an "Order Status" saying the sack barrow had been "shipped". True to their word, it WAS shipped and it's a great sack barrow at a great price.
If they got themselves organised, they could so-easily receive 5 stars.

A 2 to 3 day delivery was almost 2 weeks, goods arrived with packaging destroyed and a few bits missing which they say they will send out. Called 'customer service' to ask for some technical advice, girl said they didn't have a technical department, I was then cut off, called back and after 30 minutes wait at 'position 1' I gave up, so far a very bad experience with this company. They show 85 glowing reviews, not 1 bad or even not great one, I left a poor review but it doesn't appear. They say on their website 'looking after customers for many years', that's odd as they only incorporated in February 2022, not even a year ago, smells like a dodgy lot!!

Arrived a week after ordering and paying online. Torn packaging, scuffed frame, and no wheels - bit of a chocolate teapot, really. Refund arrived a couple of weeks later after some calls and emails. I got an invite to provide feedback and did so, but a message popped up after I sent it saying 'Your review is pending approval.' No prizes for guessing what happens next... but as others have noted here, they only seem to publish what they want you to see.

Ordered spare wheels for their old truck. Not delivered. Told they were no longer available and their 'experts' said nothing else would fit despite my suggestion of smaller wheels. Bought a set on eBay which are perfect and look identical to their advertised spare wheels. Can only surmise that their "expert' couldn't be bothered to spend a few minutes to compare the specs of their trucks. Did refund my payment after a couple of days though.

NOPE! This Company is APPALLING!
Their website is extremely misleading - delivery in 2 - 3 working days - LIES! Ordered the item 3 weeks ago and still has not materialised, nor have their extremely inaccurately titled 'Customer Services' Department provided any updates apart from some automated sob story e-mail about how busy they are.
Just hope the refund I requested arrives before the concept of currency becomes obsolete!
