My new saddle was moving forward and I thought it may be down to the dressage girth I was using. Sarah explained we always start with the saddle and yes she was right my new horse had changed shape in just six weeks. Alterations completed and a new girth and we are back in business. Really great advice and once again I learned so much from Sarah. Another great experience

A big thank you to Sarah and the team at Saddles Direct. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, patient and genuinely caring. Sarah took the time to really understand both our pony and my daughter’s riding needs, making sure that comfort and fit were the top priorities. We tried over ten saddles without any rush or pressure, and her knowledge made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Sarah’s attention to detail was exceptional, and she explained everything clearly and was not happy until she found the saddle that was right for both pony and rider. Thanks to her, we found the perfect saddle. I truly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

i have sold 2 saddles and it takes the hassle out of doing it yourself. they have fitters and ensure the saddle comes back from any loans in the same condition it went. My first saddle sold really quickly the 2nd one took a bit longer
i did have to keep checking where my saddle was up to that's all

This is the second time I have used saddles direct. The whole process was very easy. They were quick in giving me an evaluation which I accepted, I used the courier service which was easy, just had to box the saddle up and the courier picked up from my house. Saddle took a few months to sell and after 14 day cooling off period the money was paid to me straight away. The only criticism would be is that you are not keep regularly updated on the sale but apart from that all was positive. Would recommend and use again.

I have just sold my saddle through Saddles Direct. It was easy and stress free, first I sent them photos and they advised me of the expected price. Then I sent the saddle (at my expense), just had to wait patiently as there were no updates but a few months later I was informed it was sold and two weeks later I have the money in my bank.

The process for the valuation and sending of the saddle was straightforward and with clear instructions. There was very little contact from them in the next 7 months with only 1 update to say the saddle was on trial.
Once I was advised my saddle had been sold I received the money very quickly. I was happy to pay the commission deducted because it saved me all the hassle of trying to sell it privately.
I would have given 5 stars if there had been regular updates, I almost forgot I’d sent them the saddle!

I sent some photos and got offered a price I was happy with . They sent a courier and time to suit me to pick up the saddle. When saddle sold I had a swift payment. I would definitely use saddles direct again !

Quote was just under a third of what they had same saddle for sale, part exchange quote was insulting. Got a quote and payment 3 times the amount and paid £600 less for part exchange on the same new saddle as from saddles direct. No brainer which I took. Got a brand new saddle and px mine and saved over £600 by using another company.
I felt insulted by the ridiculous offer made and felt it was a very unfair deal offer for a saddle sold for £900 was of just over £300! And advertised on their site for a lot more! Look around elsewhere and check your saddles true value before believing this company

Using Saddles Direct to sell my saddle was really easy. I sent through photos of the saddle and they then offered to sell it at a price I was happy with. It was a great and hassle-free way to sell my saddle - no answering loads of questions from potential users, no risk of being scammed, no users changing their minds. Highly recommend and if I was looking to buy, they have a fantastic range at good prices.

Very good experience. Lovely saddle. Unfortunately was damaged in transit by the courier. Saddles Direct were proactive and helpful in that situation and were able to see from my photos what damage had been done. They reduced the price of the saddle due to the damage and the refund was received within a few days. A difficult situation but was handled in a positive and professional manner.
