I was booked flight by safarni for airline air Arabia & airline cancelled flight due to war situation & I requested to airlines refund amount & airlines refund my full amount to safarni and safarni dedicated my 660 riyal for option I selected non refundable which is in my case as aviation rules not apply my ticket because ticket cancelled by airlines but safarni dedicated my amount and not giving me clarification

I regrettably used Safarni.com without checking their Trustpilot reviews first, which clearly reflect a pattern of serious issues.
I booked a flight ticket advertised at around 1,100 SAR, with the currency and amount shown consistently throughout the checkout process. To avoid extra card fees, I switched to Apple Pay, which showed no additional charges, and I approved the payment via Face ID. I also took a screenshot of the final amount.
Later, I discovered I had been charged over 1,350 SAR, nearly 24% more than the advertised price. When I contacted my bank, they initially suspected fraud. It then became clear that Safarni had charged an excessive hidden fee, claiming it was disclosed in their terms and conditions—this was reiterated by their unhelpful customer service when I contacted them.
Even more concerning, the currency was silently changed from SAR to AED at the final step, without any warning. This is either a serious system flaw or a misleading practice, and it could also result in additional currency conversion fees, the exact value of which is still unknown as the transaction is pending.
Customer service was dismissive and repeatedly referred me to the terms and conditions while ignoring the core issue of misleading pricing and lack of transparency.
I intend to escalate this matter to the relevant financial ombudsman and consumer protection authorities due to misleading checkout practices, hidden fees, and charging more than the advertised price. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I booked a flight (Order #854722974) with a total invoice price of 985.90 SAR. However, they charged 1015 AED from my card, which is significantly higher than the agreed-upon price. Customer service refused to resolve the issue. Be careful of hidden fees and price manipulation. I have filed an official complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism

موقع معندوش مصداقيه تمام حجزت تذكره المفروض اني اخترت اعلى فئه في الحجز عشان يكون في الالغاء وتغيير المعاد بدون رسوم ولما جيت اكلمهم عشان اعمل الغاء او تغيير لمعاد الحجز لقيتهم بيقولولي تدفع مبلغ الي هو نص تمن التذكره وحاولت اوضحلهم انه ده اعلى فئه عشان موظف خدمه يحاول يساعدني لا عمل العكس بكل قله ذوق ومبقاش بيرد عليا اصلا انا علطول باحجز من مواقع كتير بس ده اخر تعامل مع الموقع ده ارجو محدش يتعامل معاهم

أُقدّم هذا البيان لتوثيق تجربتي مع Safarni بشكل واضح بسبب ما تعرّضت له من إجراءات غير مهنية تسببت في ضرر مباشر لي كعميل.

قمت بإجراء حجز كامل عبر Safarni، وتم تأكيد الرحلة رسميًا من شركة الطيران، واستلمت التذاكر بشكل صحيح.
بعد اكتمال العملية بالكامل، قامت Safarni بطلب بيانات للبطاقة البنكية لا تمتّ بصلة لمرحلة ما بعد الإصدار، وبشكل يتجاوز ما هو ضروري أو معتاد في إجراءات الحجز.

وعندما رفضت مشاركة بيانات حساسة لا يوجد أي مبرر قانوني أو فني لطلبها في هذا التوقيت، فوجئت بقيام Safarni بإلغاء الحجز من جانب واحد، ودون سابق إخطار، رغم أن التذاكر كانت صادرة بالفعل ومؤكدة من شركة الطيران.

هذا التصرف يثير علامات استفهام جدّية حول شفافية الإجراءات المتّبعة لدى Safarni، ويتعارض مع أبسط قواعد حماية المستهلك، ويُظهر تجاهلًا لحقوق العملاء وغيابًا للالتزام بالمعايير المهنية الواجبة.

أحمّل Safarni المسؤولية الكاملة عن الضرر الناتج عن هذا الإلغاء غير المُبرّر، وأحتفظ بحقي القانوني في اتخاذ أي خطوات تصعيدية إذا لزم الأمر.

أحذّر أي مستخدم من التعامل مع هذه الجهة دون تدقيق شديد، وذلك استنادًا لما واجهته شخصيًا من ممارسات غير مقبولة.

I booked two tickets yesterday through Safarni.com for a total of GBP 288. However, when I proceeded to the payment page, the amount was converted into AED and when it's been paid , I saw that the deducted amount was GBP 320.

I have been trying to get help from customer support to get the difference back, as i did not accepted that hidden extra fee, but I keep receiving the same scripted reply claiming that “nothing is hidden” and that it is part of their policy.

The issue is simple: the total price should clearly show all additional charges upfront so customers can see the real cost before booking. Displaying a lower price and then increasing it at the payment stage is misleading and unacceptable.

I will be reporting this to WEGO and requesting that this company be reviewed and potentially removed from their list of available ticketing websites.

bad exp they did put the price via SAR they taked AED from my card and added extra money for currncey exchange wich is totaly scamm please dont try it!

The worst website and travelling agency ever.
I paid for aircraft ticket and they cancelled without permission moreover i didn't got my refund.

"I booked a ticket from Safarni after seeing a very attractive price, but once I paid, they charged me a lot more than what was shown on the website. Then the booking was canceled and I never received the ticket. They just told me the money will be refunded after some days. Very bad experience – this website is not trustworthy. They use fake prices to attract customers and then overcharge them. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with them."

They charged me for my trips and didn’t confirm my reservations . I had to fight for my money back with very poor unprofessional customer service

I was very chocked, really so bad website. I booked trip from riyadh to paris around 1090 dirham. I payed with apple pay. The total value reduced from the bank was 1202 dirham. I explained by email and give them screenshot how their system is failed. As it’s only showen 1090 without including any fees. They said the bank fees was 3%. I said where is the other 100 dirham. Typically I thought I’m doing a great deal with them but I actually payed more then the main airline. So please be carful about this website never trust it .

Bad Experience with Safarni.com 🚫✈️

I booked round-trip tickets including other services from Safarni.com for 3,246.39 SAR, but my credit card was charged 3,473.64 AED instead — a significant difference that was never justified.

For over a day, I kept receiving delayed and inconsistent responses from different staff members. Each time, someone new replied without reviewing the previous conversation. When I asked for a detailed bill, I was only told "it's explained in the ticket" — but the ticket showed only the original amount in SAR, with no mention of extra services or fees.

This experience shows poor communication, lack of transparency in pricing, and extremely slow customer service. I will not recommend Safarni.com to anyone.

fake prices and offers, they charge you and then you fight for your refund or reversing the payment.

Beware, scammers took 500 riyals from me and did not give me a reservation. They waited two weeks and did not return it. Scam site.

Sadly I had two problems and I’ll explain here: I found out about them via Wego, I chose the dates and proceeded to book through them directly via Wego, sadly the flight time booked was different than that of what I had initially requested, and they collected more money than initially quoted despite my Apple Pay confirmation was the original amount.

عندي مشكلتين منهم اخترت أوقات الرحلة للطلب
ولكم ان تتخيلو ان ما فيه فاتورة للطلب! يرفضون اخراج فواتير
ذهاب من الدوحة إلى اثينا الساعة ٨ صباحا لكن فوجئت باكتمال الحجز على رحلة ال٢ ظهرا
طلبت منهم تغييرها إلى ٨ صباحا كما هو مفترض ولكن قالو لي وهذا ردهم بالتحديد "الحجز بالكامل بيتم من خلال حضرتك من خلال الموقع ليس لنا دخل فيه "
ايضا الحجز كان بحدود ٩٠٠٠ درهم لكن المبلغ المسحوب كان ٩٧٢٨ درهم اماراتي عن طريق ابل باي! لماذا الاختلاف في الحجز وايضا في المبلغ، وكان ردهم نفس الشي. واضح ايضا هنالك مشاكل من نفس المشكلة بخصوص المبلغ.

misleading charges while booking.
i booked tickets fro eam to del, while booking time price was sr446.and just before payment total price was sr 500.39 and after payment they have deduct sr 565.7.e ticket price mention 500.39.they will not send u complete details of charges. today when i again checked etickets price was sr 0.

Complete scam of an agency - don't use it - despite airline policy of refund they will keep the money I assume and not refund the customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
