Safestore - Bury Avis 

Fabulous experience renting this space. Had a great call with Megg prior to the moving day and she was so helpful and reassuring, I really felt they wanted their customers to have a seamless experience, which we did.
Moving day and again a friendly and helpful welcome at reception and a thorough orientation and explanation of the process by the team.
Stand out was the cleanliness of the place and the obvious security.
Highly recommend and will definitely use again when needed.

conner and megan have been the must helpful with myself and even going as far as telling me about the area that i am not familiar with a property we are very interested in ,i cant fault conners patience i must have drove him bonkers with me sending the an e.mail and not filled the form in .they are the must helpful pair on the other end of a telephone ,and have helped us evert step of the way ,and made things simple for me ,thank you conner and megan your simply the best and your company should be pleased that they have excellent staff working for them

The customer service was excellent. There was a delay between the initial enquiry and being able to confirm the date. The staff were always helpful. I would like to mention Connor who was a star.

Lady named Megg was so helpful as I wanted to send legal documents abroad by courier and found it impossible by phone as other organisations wanted me to have an account or didn't deliver to where I wanted.I spent 2 hours on the phone unable to speak to a human - very frustrating. I eventually phoned the local Safestore and the lady asked me to bring in the documents. It was all done without fuss and she was able to speak to my son abroad to answer any queries.

Everything was explained very clearly and there were no issues using the unit as and when we needed. The staff were great and efficient at the beginning and end of the time period. The only minor issue was i would've liked something in writing to say we had handed the fob back after no longer needing it, just for peace of mind to know I won’t be getting charged any further, this may come though after the month is up.

All the staff are amazing at the Bury store in Pilsworth always friendly and willing to help with any questions and queries definitely the best storage unit around safety wise too

I went online to get a quote, planning ahead for the future. I was tired and stupidly didn't think to leave a fake phone number, I have been constantly harassed by phone and email and voicemail. When you block a number thye just get someone else to phone you. Beware, they'll never leave you alone. This was the Bury store in my case. Obviously when we do need storage Safestore won't be on our list of potential storage solutions. Been going on for weeks.

Jack at the Bury branch of Safestore went absolutely above and beyond.

The delivery van was delayed and he pulled an absolute blinder to get it all unpacked within 40minutes before the store shut.
