Safestore - Plymouth Avis 

Great company. Great experience. Ingrid (apologies, I think that was her name), was very helpful with explaining everything and showing me around.

Just finished a 4-week rental with Safestore - Plymouth, and i must say the staff were fantastic. All the staff (Tanya, Alyson and Teagan ) were always polite, cheerful, and helpful, and the whole experience was very prefessional. Top marks !

Awful company!!! put our locker up to a ridiculous amount after 12 months, offered them the chance to price match another local company as their website states they can but they couldn't come close, so we decided to move out. Gave them 11 days full notice and started the conversation around price matching at 17 days as their contract stipulates the notice period is a "usually 14 days", we cleared out the locker allowing them to fill it straight away with another customer even though we had paid for up for another 11 days and they refused to let us go without us having to pay a full month £110.25 for an empty locker to sit there doing nothing for another month. Refused to even negotiate threatening us with bailiffs immediately. Makes absolutely no business sense at all to have a customer treated like this and unhappy and to now have a locker empty on site when it could be given to another customer making them happy too. This manager needs a course in customer satisfaction!! Now with a local family run company having a bigger locker for less and so much happier.

Great reply from the company highlighting for you all they rate profit over common sense and customer satisfaction. Great 5 star reviews on accessing their services, not many on leaving them if you notice. Will never use or recommend them again!

Tanya and her colleagues at the Plymouth branch were always very polite and helpful to me and my family during my rental period with them. Highly recommend them.

Teigan was amazing and put me at ease, I have a very stressful situation and I have no set date on when I need to start putting my belongings in storage or for how long.
Money is also tight and I was worried about the cost.
Teigan took the time to go through it all with me and gave me the best price she could plus £15 towards packaging.
I'm very grateful for her patience and support.

Had a DHL package to collect from the Plymouth Safestore, received a warm welcome upon arrival, and was able to collect my parcel 📦 within minutes.
This was the 1st time I had used this facility and have no problem in recommending it. Thankyou to Teagan for her help and assistance today 👌🎉

Customer service was fantastic, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

I needed some storage at short notice so I popped in. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful I have spoken to all the staff while I used the facilities but initially it was Teagan & Alyson. Nothing was any problem & the staff were always able to answer any questions I had. When you sign in & out they will always say Hi & have a quick chat and ask if you need anything from them.
The storage areas are clean & dry with easy access & trolleys if you need them. The cost is also good and lower than what I was expecting. I did only use the facilities for a short period of time but I would definitely use again if needed. Thanks you again for everything. Keep up the good work.

Had a great experience, even when I had to add an extra 10 days it was quick and painless! The facility itself is very well kept, clean and modern. The staff especially Teagan were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back if we need a unit next year! 😊

My experience was made easy and quick, by help from Tegan! who made the whole packing up my pallet process simple and wholly a lovely experience!

My experience was absolutely stress reducing and awesome thanks to the kind, informative and care from Tegan. The highest level of customer service and care was provided to sort storage last minute for my son at a very competitive price. She also checked in with us after we had dropped off the items for storage. A super service and one I would whole heartfelt recommend.

The staff are polite and always willing to assist you. The units are clean and tidy and easily accessible.

I needed some additional storage for my business. After looking at a few alternatives it was clear from the information Tanya gave me about the late closing on a Thursday, and that they would be happy to take deliveries on my behalf Safestore - Plymouth was the only sensible choice.

I had a great experience with Safestore in Marsh Mills Plymouth. They were extremely helpful when I called, and even sent recommendations of removals companies since it was short notice.

On the day I arrived, the folks there were helpful, professional and kind on what turned out to be a stressful day. I would definitely recommend them.

Unless you want to be hounded by phone calls, texts and emails every day, DO NOT get an online quote from this company.
I ended up blocking their number. Total harassment

Friendly and not pushy.
Seems a safe place to store.

A great and friendly service nothing was to much trouble a query or question was answered straight away no problems 10 out of 10
