we were let down by another supplier and needed some sign brackets to complete a job found there Safetybuyer.com and they supplied the correct brackets and delivered within 24 hrs and we finished on time

The product is good quality
The product is good quality, cuts easily and it is possible to get good mitre joints. The delivery was on time. I received a phone call from the delivery driver as he drew up to my house. It would have been useful to know in advance a time slot for the delivery, however the postage charge was inexpensive.

The product I purchased was not like the picture in advert! The writing on the bag was upside down - I made do with it after making a complaint but was overall dissatisfied. I would not recommend safteybuyer.com to anyone

No Written Instructions
Excellent products but NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS with the fire alarms. A QR code to be scanned (without paper instructions) is not acceptable, as many cusromers will not have smart phones.
Some difficulty opening the items to fit batteries.

Thanks for your feedback. Here's what we've done... We appreciate our manufacturer's effort to develop this excellent product and consider the environment in the way it's packed and presented. However, it wouldn't be a huge task to also include a link the the instructions (which are clear and informative) in addition the QR code which will be of great assistance to those with a smart phone - we don't like the idea of leaving anyone behind or providing them with a lesser experience of using our products.
