Fast, Seamless, Fair
Entire process from filing the claim, to assessing the damage, to receiving the payment was fast, seamless, and fair. My first time ever filing a claim on my homeowners insurance and it was a breeze. Very satisfied.

I made a claim for my roof after a…
I made a claim for my roof after a large hailstorm and I saw all my neighbors getting a new roof. Had a roof company come out and say it needed replaced. During the claim, I dealt with a subcontractor who clearly was an agent working for multiple carriers. (One star deducted for this). She was NOT knowledgeable and made the process more difficult. The claim was denied. I fought it and ultimately I got it elevated to an actual Sagesure employed agent. This agent decided to get an engineering form to come out and inspect the roof. They gave me a whole packet of what they found. As an engineer myself, it was legit. I thought this was a very good way to show me the roofer I initially got may have duped me. Instead of just saying no, they got me evidence at their cost. I just got my renewal, it only went up the same as everyone else's around me. Just seemed like a human way to go about doing business. A small cost for the company but now they are getting all that back with a renewal.

Sagesure was extremely responsive
Sagesure was extremely responsive when helping us get our house back in order after a lightning strike. Shara, our adjuster, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us quickly get reimbursements for money we had to put out to get critical services like air conditioning and electricity back up and running for our home.

Not Your Average Insurance Company
Unfortunately in Louisiana, insurance companies have a horrible reputation. Premiums consistently increase and if you have a claim, they make it difficult or impossible to recoup your damages. In my experience, SageSure has been an exception. I just received my final settlement check in the mail from my air conditioner being struck by lightning. It wouldn’t have taken nearly as long if I hadn’t been the one dragging my feet! The adjuster, Michelle Church, was such a delight and made the entire nightmare as painless as possible. She contacted me when she said she would and walked me through the steps I needed to provide the proper documentation. I can’t say enough good things about SageSure.
