Sainsbury's Money Avis 

Flexi contract, your expected to be available 7 days a week whivh is ridiculous. No work life balance and msnagers and area manager has favorite members of staff who are given fixed days. Alot of responsibility with money for the same pay in the shop floor. Not worth the hassle after 5 and half years service.

Auto renewal of travel insurance policy didn’t happen and self service portal usability is dismal.

Very easy to set up, simple questions to complete, fair questions. Quote given and easily accepted and payment set up.

All staff members were very helpful when I asked 👍speaking with service team they also giving me politely feed back and right answer .

Absolutely brilliant service, from taking out our annual policy last April. We felt comfortable with our cover. We recently had to cancel our last holiday on medical grounds and the claims process was very straightforward and we received a full refund within 28 days. I would highly recommend Sainsbury’s Bank insurance.

Absolutely pointless insurance. I thought being a big name the cover would be good but unfortunately that is not the case. We got caught in a hurricane and apparently they don’t cover extreme weather. On reading the small print they basically exclude everything you may need to claim for.

Very quick and easy to set up. The website is very clear and explains the cover in detail. I was very happy with choosing Sainsbury’s Pet Care because of how many benefits they offer.

Took annual holiday insurance with Sainsbury's. Not even them you deal with. Still waiting on a claim put in, in September. Terrible service.

Good value, luckily I have not had to claim,

I have not required to use the travel insurance but just to know its there has given me peace of mind. Previously I had been taking travel insurance with every trip and it was costing me every time.

I bought cat pet insurance as the thought of something happening to my 2 cats and not being able to help them isn’t worth thinking about.

The whole process was very easy and I get a free gift in a few months which will no doubt be spent on my 2 cats.

The price was a little on the high side but is it worth the risk being lumbered with £4-5k in vets fees if the worst happens?

I have used Sainsburys on a previous occasion and always found their online application form very easy to understand and complete. Additionally, the price was very affordable and I was delighted to receive points on my Nectar card.

Simple and easy to use website, but the pay in full option didn’t work. So annoyed at having to set up a direct debit!
