Over the years, we have bought several new caravans from Salop Leisure. George is our ‘go to’ salesman. He is helpful, knowledgeable and professional - nothing is ever too much trouble. I would recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a caravan to see George.

We bought a caravan from Salop Leisure. Salesman Dan Taylor was wonderful. The whole experience was easy. They were friendly and helpful every step of the way. A lovely man walked us through how everything worked on the day of our handover. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Having come from 20+ years of having a caravan we bought our first motorhome in 2023 from Salop Leisure and now our second motorhome from Salop Leisure. On both of our visits we knew what we had in mind and to be honest both purchases were impulse buys and they have been perfect for us.
From the moment you walk in you can browse at your leisure at the vast stock they keep - there is something for everyone! Having looked at lots and getting soaked, we went back into the sales area and hooked up with George who we had dealt with previously. We sat in his office while he went and made us cups of tea to warm us up. We discussed what it was we were looking for and then all three of us went out to look at our choices. Like the marvellous sales person George is he showed us some we hadn't looked at, he brings the keys out of his pocket and showed us one in particular and gave us time to look at it on our own too. Of course we liked it so much we ordered a new one which we picked up in March.
All of the Salop team are amazing, receptionists, sales, service, cafe, shop, garden centre and Love2Stay. All really friendly and helpful even when they hadn't dealt with us previously,
We went back a couple of times to look at the model we had chosen and it was never a problem - only that it rained every time!
We paid a fair price and everything went smoothly between George, Paul and the handover team.

Salop leisure in Shrewsbury. We have visited a number of times whilst trying to make the decision whether to buy a motor home, we were invited to the motor home show and were met at the entrance, and had a wonderful day there. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable but never seemed to be chasing the sale. This is a huge financial outlay and the patience and consideration that was shown to us was so nice. We did eventually purchase a Motorhome and were then booked in for an overnight stay at the adjacent holiday park, which was a really nice touch. Thank you especially to George.

The after sales team are brilliant and are keen to invest their time in the handover of the new purchase. A comprehensive and informative experience. This is enhanced by Salop Leisure giving a free nights stay at their Love to Stay site. This means you can speak to somebody in the workshop if you get a bit confused about how things work. There is a lot of information to take on board initially.

Excellent service from Michelle at Salop Machynleth. We purchased a new static van back in 2022 from Salop Leisure and Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I recently contacted her because I went to the van recently to open it up for the spring and realised I had left the key at home. Michelle brought us a spare key over within an hour which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Salop and its very reassuring to know they care and are always helpful.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have bought 3 caravans and 2 motorhomes over the years. We have always dealt with George who is lovely and cannot do enough for you. He always finds us just what we want and gives us a good deal. His communication and follow up is so good. All the handovers we have had have been very thorough explaining everything. Dealing with this company is enjoyable and easy, would never go anywhere else.

Bought a new tourer from Salop Leisure, got what we thought was a reasonable deal.
Aftersales have been a bit slow, due to manufacturer.
Two problems we have had, one door on a overhead locker wasn't quite in line and was sorted on collection, and the embedded charger is not charging on usb_c this is being replaced when aftersales receive stock.
On the whole I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the sales executive, George Harris, was lovely to deal with, and made us feel comfortable and confident we got the best deal available.
Will definitely use Salop Leisure again.

We have purchased quite a few Motorhomes/campervans/caravans over the years. But have to say that Salop is the best we have ever dealt with!
We actually traveled from Newcastle upon Tyne. Dan Taylor from start to finish couldn’t have been more helpful and informative all the way through the buying process. We ordered a 2026 575 VIP Coachman Caravan and decided we wanted to make a few changes. Plus fitting a few extras, this went very smoothly. The handover process was excellent with Tim. Something we’ve never experienced as good with other dealers.
We are loving our new Caravan and would highly recommend Salop Leisure.

I only called in to browse around i didnt really want to bother the sales people as they are very busy. Walking around the showroom I got a tap on the shoulder it was George I hadn’t seen him for a long time he was exactly like I last saw him very polite and really excited to see us I told him we were just browsing and we wasn’t go look for a new caravan for a few months we had a chat and he said when we were ready we no where he is when we finally went to go and look for a caravan we dealt with George and he was absolutely delighted to see us we were back and to for at least a month and eventually bought one George helped us all the way through it I we changed our minds 3 times on what style we wanted and it wasn’t a problem for George helped us treated us just like family and nothing was a problem but he’s a fantastic ambassador for salop leisure and a genuine person and so was Paul Simpson who dealt with our financial queries no pressure from either of them so thank you very much for your help we are now in our lovely caravan thanks to you 2 plus all the other staff in the different departments all equally professional.

Very much a family feel to this company. From sales to after sales and servicing Salop Leisure always puts the customer first and nothing is too much trouble.
