SALVAGEDATA Recovery Services Avis

I lost all my data after dropping my Freecom 500GB HDD by accident. After searching online forums, I stumbled upon salvage data . From the very first call, they were extremely helpful and professional. My HDD was collected, I had my data returned in 4 days. It was an expensive mistake on my part for dropping it, but worth every penny.

We received appalling customer service from this company. We contracted them to look at our external disk drive in Boston. Instead they sent the drive to another location and charged us to get it back when they couldn't do anything with it. I then realized that they sent back the drive without protection at all, which will further damage it and prevent us from getting another (this time honest) assessment on the drive. We're very disappointed and will not be in a position to recommend it.

Look elsewhere. Worst service ever.
Even when wanted to cancel the service, twice, never received feedback.

My children love climbing in my computer, but I did not think that removing all the data that I needed is there. It's good that my brother knows good specialists who helped me, I thought that I could forget about my files. Thank you very much.

A drive died in a 4 bay NAS and knocked the whole array offline. SalvageData was able to reconstruct the array and retrieve all of the data that was lost. Retrieval was timely and cost less than any other of the recovery companies.

Thank you guys for retrieving my data. I am so grateful

We had an urgent need to restore a database that was lost when a mirrored drive array became corrupted due to controller failure. SALVAGEDATA Recovery was able to restore the lost data very quickly which saved us a lot of time and money over rebuilding the database. I personally highly recommended SALVAGEDATA Recovery Services!!!

SALVAGEDATA recovery helped recover my data.
They were always in contact with me during the recovery process.
SALVAGEDATA rate are not exuberantly expensive so that is a great deal.

It's hard to shop online for data recovery. Everyone claims the same things and prices range from hundreds to thousands. Who do you trust? The folks at Salvagedata did not push me to use them, they shared with me that I should validate the claims of all companies, including theirs. So, I did. All I can say is, get in writing! " Keep up the great work!

It was good knowing that my data was recovered. Such a a reputable company indeed deserves 5 stars

Salvagedata thanks so much. Recovering those files up to 98% is the best thing that has ever happened to me this year

My computer crashed with all of my tax info and family pictures. Found these guys on yelp and decided to give them a shot. These guys knew we were stressed but did not take advantage by upcharging. We highly recommend!

The one thing that made me go for SALVAGEDATA RECOVERY is how they value the clients. There is totally nothing I can complain of them them. Very good looking offices, well dressed and neat staffs, the techs are always there to handle your technical question bits. Thanks I got my data.

The outstanding feature that I had to appreciate and distinguishes SALVAGEDATA from other company is their ability to deliver in a timely manner. There are no games when they tell you by such a date your data will be sent to you they will as for I had the opportunity to interact with them in three occasions and they always deliver,

These guys are amazing!!! they saved all my photos that i thought i would never see again! They were very professional! I cant tell you how relieved I was when they called and said that they finished recovering the items!

I've seen a lot of lies about this business, which by the way I know for many years. They are top professionals. I am here right now picking up my saved data one more time.
Don't believe everything you read. Come here and see

My hard drive died, and I contacted SALVAGEDATA to recover the information. Very good communications. Alex was in touch through dropping off the drive at their facility. They were very reasonable in reaching a workable price and delivery schedule. The drive was fully recovered and delivered on time. I recommend SALVAGEDATA without reservations.

This place is awesome. They literally saved my photography career. This place is the real deal no doubt. Money well spent.

Utmost customer service and quick turn around.
