Loved every lesson of this module to augment with my other foundational modules I've studied in the Academy to date. The strategies are now all making sense with each other as I'm implementing my education optimally. I can't wait to top it up with other modules. It's coming together now.

Paulo, it is brilliant to hear that the different Academy modules are beginning to connect into one bigger picture for you.
That moment when individual strategies stop feeling separate and start working together as part of a wider property education can be incredibly valuable. We love that you are already implementing what you are learning and looking forward to building on the foundation further.

Samuel Leeds Academy team
Samuel Leeds Academy team, support and mentoring is second to none.
As someone who likes to cut to the chase and have no time for 'online gurus', Samuel is the furthest thing form that. A genuine straight forward talker who really cares about your success.
The BRR course is full of Golden Nuggets and insights into how the 'Real Property Investors' create their wealth and give you activities to complete before moving ahead inside to the next stage of the course...
...so you do not fool yourself in the hype, but using action designed tasks to create momentum.
I found out that even his brother and mum are involved making it also a family affair.
also what you may not see on Youtube so much is his heart in helping thew under privilege throughout the world.
Thank you Samuel Leeds, family and team

Craig, this is a fantastic review and we really appreciate the distinction you make between passive 'guru' content and training that requires you to take action.
The BRR course is intentionally structured so that the knowledge is reinforced through practical tasks, helping students build momentum rather than simply move from one video to the next. It is great to hear that approach suits the way you like to learn.
It also means a lot that you have noticed the wider family involvement and values behind the business, as well as the property education itself. Thank you for recognising the team, support and mentoring so warmly.

Maria Di Fonzo was a brilliant coach during the FFC. She boosted morale when it had became challenging and kept everyone motivated right through to the end. This was my first FFC and I now know how much support really matters — Maria made sure I felt supported the whole way through. I couldn't have asked for a better coach!

Amandeep, what a lovely tribute to Maria. The difficult moments in a Financial Freedom Challenge are often where strong coaching matters most, and it is wonderful to hear that she kept morale high while making sure you felt supported throughout your first FFC.
Creating a space where people can keep moving even when the challenge becomes demanding is a real skill. We will be very pleased to pass your feedback on to Maria.

Prepared to grow and be challenged
Just completed the 4 day financial freedom challenge and wow - what a roller coaster of emotions, pushed outside my comfort zone but achieved so much. Our coach Nina was amazing, supportive and offered great advice and was always at the end of the phone. Our small group of 10 was amazing we all spurred each other on through the ups and downs to push each other to achieving the best possible outcome by the end. The personal growth you see in yourself if you trust the process is amazing 🤩

Nicola, a rollercoaster of emotions with a lot achieved along the way sounds like a very authentic Financial Freedom Challenge experience.
We are especially pleased that Nina's support and availability helped you through the tougher moments, and that your group of ten created such a strong environment of mutual encouragement. The personal growth that comes from stepping beyond familiar limits can be just as valuable as the property learning itself.
Well done for trusting the process and giving it everything.

Thank you very much for all your support Nina, you’ve been incredible in hearing me (and us all) through all our different journeys and explorations. No question felt silly, you made me feel comfortable and reassured at a times. Was truly safe space and one that undoubtedly helped me get through the times I thought it was all getting a bit much. You made yourself available always and went above and beyond, thank you.

From Uncertain to Confident:My Financial Freedom Challenge
I just finished the Four-Day Financial Freedom Challenge deal sourcing training with Samuel Leeds Academy today, and it's been one of the most valuable investments I've made in my property journey.
After two decades as a teacher, walking into a new industry was daunting, but the support and clarity from Rich the trainer made all the difference — he was an amazing coach and supporter, especially with my focus on BRRs, HMOs, and deal sourcing.
Everything was practical and delivered with genuine professionalism and warmth. Rich gave me the confidence to get out and actually do the work — visiting estate agents, attending networking events outside the academy, and reaching out directly to landlords through the various platforms suggested.
This new-found confidence means I can now properly implement everything I've been taught, particularly around organisation and planning. Rather than drifting without clear targets, I now have a structured approach and know exactly what I'm working towards.
I'm already applying what I learned directly to my BRR and HMO projects, and I can feel the shift from learning about financial freedom to actively building toward it over these four days.
Highly recommend to anyone serious about changing their financial future.

Pete, this is a brilliant account of moving from learning into implementation. After two decades in teaching, stepping into a completely different industry was always going to require courage, so it is fantastic to hear that Rich's support gave you the confidence to get out, meet agents, attend networking events and speak directly with landlords.
The shift you describe from drifting without clear targets to working with structure, organisation and a defined plan is especially important. That is exactly where practical education can start to translate into meaningful progress.
We are delighted you are already applying the experience to your BRR and HMO projects, and we will make sure Rich sees how much his coaching contributed to that change.

Thoroughly enjoyed the deal selling FFC!
I am on the last day of the deal selling freedom financial challenge. Speaking to other academy members made it seem like a daunting task. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the time off work to complete the challenges set! Richard Harris was my coach and he made the process so much more relaxing and enjoyable. He was like the good cop in the "good cop bad cop" analogy, where Samuel just keeps shouting and getting you motivated, and Richard calms you down and gives you the simple instructions to proceed. Thanks Richard, great coach and thanks for all your help answering our questions through the challenge!

Luke, we enjoyed your 'good cop, bad cop' description. The Financial Freedom Challenge is designed to combine Samuel's push for action with coach support that helps you break the tasks down and keep moving when the pace feels demanding.
It is great to hear Richard made the process feel calmer, clearer and more enjoyable, particularly after you had expected the challenge to feel daunting. We will make sure your thanks reach him.

My financial freedom challenge…
My financial freedom challenge definitely put me out of my comfort zone, however, this experience has showed me how action is the key to success, as action leads to opportunity. And it was proven by this course as I found so many opportunities that I didn’t even think were possible. My coach was Rich in this challenge and he was very supportive and pushed us along the way, so 5 stars to him :)

Ciaran, that is a powerful takeaway: action creates opportunity. Being pushed outside your comfort zone is not always comfortable in the moment, but discovering opportunities you did not previously realise were there shows exactly why the practical element matters.
We are really pleased Rich gave you the support and encouragement needed to keep moving throughout the challenge. Five stars for him will certainly be appreciated.

Building the NEW You!
Huge shoutout to my coach Rich for leading the Deal Sourcing FFC group I was in. Im a member of the Samuel leeds academy which ive been a member of 2 months when it gets to the 26th August. There is so much to take in & to learn but ultimately you are working on yourself. The deal selling financial freedom challenge prepares you for the day in the life of a property deal sourcer. Its a very intensive 4 day experience and you will be tested & possibly pushed to your limits (don't worry amazing coaches like Rich will be there to support you along the way). I can never go back to the old me now. Ive made new friends, potential deals & ive now got a new bar to reach for.
Cheers Samuel & team for putting this together.
David.

David, this is a fantastic reflection after only a couple of months in the Academy. The Deal Sourcing Financial Freedom Challenge is intentionally intensive because it is designed to give you a genuine taste of the activity, discipline and resilience involved in sourcing property deals.
It is especially good to hear that you came away not only with new knowledge, but new friendships, potential opportunities and a higher standard for yourself. Rich will be delighted to know his support helped you through the demanding parts of the four days.
That line about not being able to go back to the old you says a lot. Keep building from here.
