Bath Mixer/shower
The ordering process, the delivery timescales were good and the look is just what I like . My only criticism is that the shower head feels very light and quite plastic. However, it works really well so overall I’m pleased but it could have been a little bit cheaper based on the quality of the shower head. Also the angle of the shower head cannot be adjusted so it is always facing straight ahead rather than downwards.

I am so glad that you found the ordering and delivery elements to a great standard. Thank you also for your feedback on the product itself. We do try to provide all information and be as detailed as s possible based on information that is available from the manufacturers from the outset in respect of the product, and we do try to be competitive with our pricing on this basis also.
Having spoken to the manufacturer, I have been informed that the handset is made from an ABS material, which I have taken the liberty of updating on our website to ensure that this is clear. We will also pass your feedback regarding the bracket provided to see if an adjustable one is something they may be able to consider moving forward as part of this particular bundle.

Excellent range of quality products they were the best price I could find on the internet for Crosswater. Good delivery and they use DPD which is a big relief being one of the best courier companies you can use. All round great company. Plus I got 5% off their already reasonable prices so happy customer.

When will I receive my delivery - nobody knows!
Sanctuary was late delivering my items. After chasing I was promised I would receive critical items of my order on 23/06/26, so bathroom installation could proceed as planned. However, nothing was delivered. Still waiting, bathroom installation is now being held up.
Sanctuary is very good at requesting feedback (received x3 e-mail prompts), but not so good at fulfilling orders!
Extremely disappointed. Will not use this company again.
