Exactly as described at great price, thank you

Ordering was easy but delivery not so good as the courier left a large bath tub at the gate of our home which is unoccupied at 6.50am with no phone call or notification it had been left. Luckily the builders turned up at 8am…. Accept this is not the fault of Sanctuary but thought I should mention this.
Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect item and again Sanctuary were very good at accepting the return and made all the appropriate checks before accepting the return. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the high return fees. I accept the courier charges which I have no issue paying although a little high at £80, but I found the repackaging charge of 10% of the cost of the item was unfair. The bathtub had all the wrapping still in tact but the cardboard box had been cut open on one side and this is why I was charged this amount of £55. I don’t believe a cardboard box or placing the bath tub in it, is that expensive and this was a little disappointing.
Next time I will be more careful when reading item descriptions. Expensive error which cost me £135 for something I didn’t keep!

Poor communication, had to chase for a delivery date, was told you were waiting on a waste cover to complete order, was then told it would be delivered on Wednesday 27th May, nothing arrived, then received a text (& email) stating my items would be delivered on Tuesday 2nd. Not the usual level of service that ive had from Sanctuary.

The only criticism I have is the lack of communication. If they were to keep you better updated regarding delays and expected delivery times, even with a slight delay I would have given them 5 stars.
Would I use them again? Yes.

Delivery timescale was a real issue. Delays before the bath was sent, promised it would be delivered on a certain day with a morning slot only for the delivery company to book it in at a later date with a late PM slot.
Sadly, I don't think I can trust to use them again.

Yes I had the best experience to be honest with you they went over and above to get me the item I wanted in fact they had on premises next day and posted out to me very nice people to deal I received my order two days later and the item I bought was really nice if you were looking anything don’t hesitate give them a call

The delivery guys left 7k order outside the door when I wasn’t home. They should at least give a courtesy call that they have delivered the items.

10/10 customer service. Spoke to Matt on Whatsapp today, super quick responses, extremely helpful, sorted out my order change with zero hassle. Sanctuary will be my first choice for any bathroom purchases in future.
