Mercedes EQE from Cheyan
Bought a Mercedes EQE from Cheyan at this dealership. She was professional and the deal was hassle free. The car was well presented and as described on their website. This is the 3rd Mercedes I have now had from this group. 2 from Basingstoke and this most recent one from Guildford. Thoroughly recommend!

What a pleasure dealing with Connor the sales man and the Sandown group Mercedes , came to show room and was dealt with very quickly, Connor found the car I was looking for and he sorted out some figures for me which I was pleased with. Would definitely come back again for next purchase. Even when my car didn't arrive on time Connor sorted out a loan car for me. Customer service was excellent and a pleasure, Connor made it easy. All staff where helpful when I arrived onsite.

Great experience from start to…
Great experience from start to finish with Mercedes-Benz of Basingstoke. As the dealership was quite a distance from me, I dealt with Emma almost entirely over the phone and email, and she made the whole process incredibly easy and straightforward. On the day I travelled down to collect the car, Rory went above and beyond by picking me up from the station. The collection itself was incredibly smooth, and I was back on the way home in my new car within about half an hour.
