Santa Maria Pizzeria Avis 

I used to work here when I was a student and always had food as my staff food - no bais because I used to work here but the food is really good and the staff (Including me) as well

Ordered 2 pizzas via Deliveroo, this is the first time I have ordered from Santa Maria and will definitely not order again. I rang the restaurant to please make sure the pizza was not burned underneath, the member of staff said "No problem" the pizza arrived on time however, one pizza the the St. Anna was half burned underneath. I tried to eat anyway, all I could taste was the burned dough.So I left it.
The St. Gennaro's was partially burned and the dough was quite chewy. They should change the type of olives they use for pizza as they are bitter.
My friend was also disgusted by the pizzas.

Never again.

Nice atmosphere, good dough, lovely and attentive Italian waiter. The only disappointment for me (being Italian) was the quality of the ingredients: the 'salami' or chorizo wasn't really good, nor were the tiny bits of aubergines, which seemed to come out of a ready-made box.

First customers on a Sunday in Chelsea branch . Awful atmosphere, awful burned pizza on top , uncooked at the bottom . All staff afraid of the chef . Also asked for Santa Caterina and got a st Ana instead . No one else in the restaurant:)))) St Maria lost loyal customer for 12 years with a silver key ring 👎👎👎

Ottimo servizio, siamo arrivati alle 22,00 in otto, ciò nonostante, Mattia e Federica hanno reso subito la nostra serata piacevole. Ottima pizza.

Levering var fin nok, men det er nu tredje gang i år hvor vi ikke har fået den pizza vi bestilte. Vi har forsøgt at kontakte pizzariaet, men har aldrig fået svar tilbage.

Best pizza in London, I love it!!

Jeg har for nyligt købt en Santa Maria krydderi, den hedder KYLLINGEKRYDDERI. Når den hedder det her forventer folk den for ting til at smage af kylling. Hvis denne krydderi ikke skulle smage af kylling, skulle den hedde Krydderi TIL kyllinger. Er dybt fornermet af det her og ville forvente at have mine penge igen i morgen!!

On Saturday both myself and my son ate at Santa Maria Pizzeria on Upper Street N1 and everything was marvellous. From the pizza itself (and I’m Italian from Naples) to the excellent service with a smile. I highly recommend this Pizzeria for anyone searching for the authentic product and great service. Thanks to Serena the waitress and Gioia the manager who were tremendous! Thanks to all of you!!!

Unacceptable Customer Service - Fulham Restaurant

As a group of 3, we were seated to one of the common tables which did not require any reservation on 07/03/2019. We asked the waiter to be re-seated to one of the normal tables if possible.
We were told, however, that they were booked. A few minutes later, a group of 4 people was seated on the same common table and then they were re-seated once they requested.

Because of the unfair treatment, I have asked one of the managers (Valentina di Maso) why we were not offered the table. She said that there were some cancellations and they let the other group sit. Unhappy with the approach, we told the manager (Valentina di Maso) that out of courtesy for us she should have asked us first. Her response was very unprofessional and rude. The exact words that she used were: "I will not learn my job from you." Continuing with her rude manner she then said "if you want, you can leave."

This was probably one of the worst customer services that I have experienced in my life. I don't think I will be visiting that restaurant once again.
