Great customer service
Yesterday I gave the shop two stars after ordering a flame-wrapped Italian chocolate Easter egg that arrived completely smashed.
Customer services got in touch, they were very nice and apologetic about the situation, and promptly refunded the egg.
I will definitely shop with them in the future thanks to the excellent quality of their products, and the excellent customer service is also a plus!

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the way your Easter egg arrived, these incidents do rarely happen when the order is sent out via courier. Regardless of this, we always pack delicate items with all necessary protective packaging,
We would've offered a refund, however, we don't seem to have any email or point of contact where an issue was flagged.

I placed an order on the 17th March and spoke to Sarah.She was so helpful and friendly.I always buy the San Marzano tin tomatoes as recommended by James Martin.I wanted to try some different products and asked Sarah for advice she recommended a few.The pork sausages with sundried tomatoes were amazing as was the Cherry tomato sauce. Haven't tried the semi- dried tomatoes yet but imagine they will be good as well!

Amazing service
Good range of products and very good service. I received the products within a few days and it was packed very well.

The food is 5 star quality and the service impeccable. The guys at Sapori are knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting products if face to face. In addition the online delivery service is fantastic I ordered at 10pm the other night and received my delivery the next morning!
