I will not recommend and will book any further trips with Savaari.com.
You services were not up to the mark. This is the worst experience I ever had on a trip. We faced many issue with the drive as well as cab. To start with the cockroaches in the cab, we found many cockroaches in the cab. The driver did not maintain hygiene, to resolve this there was no air freshener in the cab. He did not switch on the AC when requested and told us that it is not functional. As soon as we called the customer care he started the AC which seems suspicious as it was not working before and only worked when we called customer care. He refused to turn the AC on in the evening making an argument that he is sleepy. We did not make him drive the previous night. You should provide him night stay facilities so that he could switch on the AC. As we booked an AC cab for utilizing those services but we were unable to use it properly.
Then He refused to take the cab to our hotel. We had to walk for 1 km with all our luggage.Although there were other cars parked near our hotel. He did not even try to take the cab to our hotel.
He parked the cab really far from our hotel and at first refused to drive it to a pre-decided location. As we was parked in a huge parking we were unable to locate him so we called him to take us to the cab where it is parked. Then he decided to come along with the cab which he refused to do before. This behavior seems really unprofessional on your behalf. The driver should be able to manage all these small issues.
We informed him a day before the time we had to leave the next day.
But he did not pick up the phone in the morning. Which delayed the trip by 1.5 hours. To resolve this issue as well we had to call customer care.
Throughout the trip he did not know the route and was not using his own phone to route the path.
We had to provide him our phone for tracking the route for 9 hours journey
He was also attending personal calls on speaker which is not professional
We make an advance booking at you website so that you can make appropriate arrangements for us
He charged us 5500 for fuel but he only filled the tank with 4500 bur he gave us the receipt for 5500, it means the journey is not that much costly as you are posting charges on your website.
But unfortunately we were not provided with all the services that we paid for. The trip was really stressful because of the unprofessional behavior of the driver and poor cab conditions.
As well as they created some confusion for invoice also, i have noted the KMs from where we have started and as per my reading from the cab's odometer we have covered 115 km extra from the package and in an invoice we got 134 KM , This is totally cheating.

Savaari Car Rentals cheated us and spoiled our vacation.

Savaari took our reservation for a 7-day Himachal trip based on a per mile rental and out sourced to a third party taxi for daily rental (30% less cost ) without even providing the terms and conditions to the driver. The taxi driver (Sanjay Kumar – Reg. No -HP 01 D 4616) didn’t even know the name of the company ‘Savaari car rentals’.

We had to hire other taxis and wait in cold weather as the driver was reluctant to take us anywhere after 5PM. Savaari left our safety and fate on the driver’s mercy and spoiled our vacation.

If we asked him to take us to a specific place he didn’t take us and always insisted that the place was not in the itinerary provided to him.
Our struggle started from day-1 as the driver said it was a daily based rental so we would have to travel between 9AM to 5PM.He wanted to limit travel time and mileage to save fuel. He was not responding to/answering any of our questions thinking that we would ask him to take us to different places.

I called the Savaari customer service daily and asked for a change of the cab driver or to cancel my reservation. Always the Savaari customer executive used to say, “ We will talk to the driver, resolve the issues and will call you back.” They never called me back.

Savaari doesn't have any control over the drivers once they outsource them after taking their commission amount. I personally feel that this is a very bad way of doing business.
Basically Savaari is acting as a broker, collecting the commission amount and leaving their customer’s safety and fate to the mercy of the driver.

Savaari simply sent an apology via E-Mail and closed the matter. I need an answer from the Savaari management for the problems faced by me and the loss of my valuable time caused due to the mismanagement by their firm despite several complaints.

The condition of the car was very pathetic. I had called the company for a replacement but the driver was so rude and had asked me to pay money for the bookings only after which he would discontinue the services. Savaari Car Rentals do not have a quality check on the condition of the cars, they just hire the local car agents. Customer satisfactions is zero. Never do bookings via Savaari.com. Worst Experience ever.

Customer was asked to get down in the middle.
I had a bitter experience with Savari. Driver was asked by owner to stop the car in the middle of the journey and unload the customer on the road immidiately as savari had a problem with local travel agent from whom car was hired. We almost missed the flight. Any amount of my pleading with savari customer care is of no use except giving non sense replies. So no point in choosing Savari where you will be left in the middle of the road. There is no single response to sevaral emails sent

Worst Company, Why do you even have this company to loot people's money? Please close the company and go to hell

I visited from US and planned for a 2 day trip to Agra along with my elder parents and in laws. Flew from Hyd to Delhi. Booked Tempo traveler from Delhi to Agra to stay at Trident. Had a terrible experience. On our way back, Van wouldnt start when stopped. Because of that we lost time and could not visit the only place in Delhi. I wanted to take my parents - Akshardham. Cannot reach customer care / operations of Savaari, when needed. When I finally reached the via the driver, because the car has this problem, Savaari and Lakkshay Tour and travels were reading me a cryptic terms and condition saying that vehicle cannot be used in Delhi. If the car was ok, everything would have been ok. These guys are unprofessional, do not understand customer service at all. Remember that they do not accept credit card and will go to any length to trouble you. Also driver conveniently did not deduct the 2000 he took for gas/petrol. Stay away. I only booked here because it was in Indigo airline website.

Easy to book from the UK, would meet us at the airport and take us the 4h to Agra; cheap, hassle free, sounded perfect...
First problem - finding driver. Took lots of phone calls to the head office (thank goodness for airport WiFi and Vyke), eventually met him.
Next problem - car too small! Ordered a 6 seater for the 4 of us plus 4 big bags, and they sent a small sedan. But boy, after a very long overnight flight and all the waiting, we made sure we all fitted in! Which was OK, except it was a 4h drive to Agra...
at least we paid a bit less.
Driver was pleasant enough, drove pretty fast, didn't speak much English (hence the difficulties finding him initially).
There are lots of alternative companies out there, I wouldn't use them again. The various walk-up-and-book kiosks at the arrivals hall in IGI airport would be a whole lot easier...

Horrible service. Driver never showed up on 12th May . Booked for a 0130 LT taxi. Driver switched off his mobile. Had to look for an alternative in the middle of the night.
Never again !!

Excellent car rental service. Priced very reasonably (prices tend to be appx 20 to 50% cheaper than those offered by local travel agents). Drivers are very professional, knowledgeable and very cooperative. Cars also tend to be new ones and very well maintained. Rates also very highly competitive. Bookings can be done for most cities in India.
