Great Customer Experience
This was my second purchase from Savait and I am pleased about this experience. I ordered an item and needed to ensure it arrived before taking a flight (1week after). I called their CS number displayed on the website and spoke to Giacomo. I was surprised to get a response so quickly. However, the most important part was that Giacomo ensured that my parcel was sent to the courier on the same day for me to receive it in time. In fact, I got the order after 2 days. (I am based in Malta). Really happy with my purchase!

Savait is geweldig.
Na meerdere slechte reviews op Trustpilot aarzelde ik om bij Savait te bestellen. Een vest van Parajumpers voor de helft van de prijs leek ook te mooi om waar te zijn. Toch besteld en heel blij mee. Vest kwam snel en heel netjes verpakt aan en was helemaal in orde. En dat ze verzendkosten/retourkosten rekenen mag met de lage prijzen die ze bieden ook best. Die kosten waren ook heel reëel. Bovendien lijken meerdere reviews te zien op belastingen die moeten worden betaald bij invoer vanuit Europa? Daar had ik in NL geen last van en het is ook niet iets dat Savait kan helpen. Kortom: ik ben heel blij met Savait en kan ze aanbevelen.

what you are saying it's not true!
We have contacted you immediately after you have placed the order cause our paying system have classified your transaction as a suspicious fraud.
The procedure when the transaction is a suspicious fraud is to ask for a proof of the ID of the owner of the credit card.
You have just refused to send it to us that is absolutely your right, and for this reason we will cancel your order and refund the amount of your purchase.
As regards the telephone number i really don't understand what you are laying about something the is clearly dsplayed on the website and everyone could verify.
We are and Italian company with an Italian Headquarter and an Italian telephone number.
All informations you could easily find on the website and online.
So once again we are a well known company and a trusted website that operate on the market since 2015.
Your review is totally false and unfair.

Two orders done, more in future
I already made one order via Savait and loved the experience. In my second order I had issues with wrong shoe sizes, because on website they were in UK sizes, but I got them in US size. Customer service was really helpful and organised free return of shoes and gave me free shipping to order shoes in correct size. I will definitely continue shopping on this website as they have good deals often and are trustworthy seller. Definitely recommend Savait :)

Sembra che il prodotto non è autentico
Pessima esperienza, ho acquistato 2 paia di scarpe Max Mara, avendo qualche dubbio d'autenticita ho mandato subito il messaggio al costume care, finadesso niente risposta, poi ho mandato le foto e il nome del sito direttamente a Max Mara e mi hanno detto che Savait non è il loro rivenditore ufficiale e mi hanno raccomandato ad effettuare il reso.

Purtroppo date le feste pasquali abbiamo evaso il suo proprio oggi dicendole, che come marketplace, collaboriamo con alcune tra le più importanti boutique che sono rivenditrici autorizzate dei brand presenti online.
Come puoi verificare infatti, il prodotto le è stato venduto e spedito direttamente dalla boutique, noi ci occupiamo solamente del servizio di logistica.
Ci dispiace non sia tata soddisfatta del servizio e come potrà verificare dalla nostra risposta le abbiamo proposto un reso a nostre spese visto l'errore della boutique.
Ci teniamo comunque a ribadire che tutti i prodotti venduti sono nuovi ed originali.
