Proper piece of access equipment
The delivery was scheduled for a convenient time. All the tower bits as described. I haven't tried to erect it yet, however I see the tower is a professional one, as those I've been using at work for years. I'm a PASMA ticket holder and familiar with different types and makes of such equipment. Lewis Access tower properly made, all the joints, locks etc look reliable.

Very clear website to navigate. Good communications about delivery ( we had a delay of one day but the company ensured we were kept informed). Very polite follow up call to ensure that the delivery was handled well and no issues.

A very good experience all round … easy…
A very good experience all round … easy to use web site … good communications and updates (due to weather conditions).
The mobile scaffold (LEWIS 250 Tower -1.8m x Single Width x 10.2m Platform Height is absolutely first class well build easy to use with excellent instructions and advice available from the web site and manuals.
If I need a second scaffold or extra bits I will have no hesitation in ordering again well done everyone 5stars.

Lewis Access are a great company to work with. I recently ordered a tower and realised I had selected the wrong size, which meant I needed to order additional parts.
Their team was extremely helpful and responded quickly with clear pricing and guidance on exactly which parts were required. The process was straightforward and efficient from start to finish.

From start to finish
From the start I had an approximate delivery date and my order was delivered within 24hrs of the date given.
The delivery driver was very helpful and explained if I needed any extra parts just call. He helped put the scaffold where I wanted. An asset to the company

Yorkshire Road Transport Trust
We are a Vintage Bus group who Paint buses as well as restoring the bodywork. We have bought two Scaffold Towers and two podium steps from Lewis Scaffold Towers, in recent years.
The product is superb and well built, supported by great back up and sale of spares.
Truthfully, nothing has actually broken in the last 10 years, we’ve just added to our system as our needs have developed.

We were expecting to receive the product on Monday, and without notice the delivery date suddenly moved to Tuesday, which should be improved. Also, a set of parts was missing at delivery which wasn't communicated before. More proactive correspondence would be beneficial, although good reactivity. And the product works well.

Good service, great tower system
Bought some add-on components for an existing scaffold tower and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The team were easy to deal with on the phone and clearly knew the products.
The delivery driver rang the day before to let me know he was running slightly late, then called again about 30 minutes before arrival, which was really helpful. Everything arrived as expected.
The tower components themselves are excellent quality – they click together easily, feel very sturdy, and inspire confidence once assembled. Overall a very professional, well-run company with a good product and good communication.
