Top Class Service. I was buying it from Northern Ireland and had to arrange Coriour’s etc which can be a complete headache, but Chloe kept me updated at every stage along the way.

Ordered on monday as I needed it quick and didn’t want to hire. The girls in the office was super friendly and arranged for fast delivery which I received this morning!!

Found Lewis online, purchased a scaffold tower with the girls upstairs they was super helpful and friendly, I was able to collect within the hour for a job i needed to do that afternoon. Would really recommend this company and will definitely be back to extend my tower.

Can’t thank Lewis access enough. They made sure we got delivery when we needed it and even followed up with a call after to make sure everything was okay with our order. This is our second order from them! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!! Thanks guys

Cannot trust the delivery dates and prices online.
Ordered c. £2k tower and told free delivery and 4 working days, this quickly went to 7 working days and then advised over 15 working day OR, I can pay an extra £270 - £308 for delivery - but they will very kindly (yes I am being sarcastic), contribute 50% of the delivery cost. Just be very aware if you need this for a certain date or don’t want on pay extra. I paid by bank transfer - so they have my money. If you do order, recommend you pay by card to have greater protection afforded by Visa / Mastercard regs.

Very poor experience and I certainly would not recommend.

great communication straight after ordering, tower was a delivered a couple of days later than expected but I was keep up to date on the delivery. The tower is very well built and extremely sturdy. The delivery driver was on time, very polite and helpful with the unloading.
My only criticism is the quality of the toe boards, they have used a very cheap pine wood plank rather than buffalo board. One of the ones supplied already has a split in it and wont last very long, shame as it looks like a cheap alternative when the tower is of excellent quality.

Brilliant bit of kit - no more struggling with ladders - so much safer. Easy to erect - all pieces are manageable even for an old bloke like me.

Second full scaffolding set up purchase from Lewis access, high quality and great service.
Would highly recommend
