Bought tower for Student accommodation…
Bought tower for Student accommodation building off recommendation from our Contractor. Quick delivery, easy to setup and very good quality product. Can recommend, also the delivery driver was extremely helpful.

Unprofessional disrespectful
Ordered a scaffolding tower because I needed it asap website say buy now 7/7/2025 get it 10/7/2025 get an email the next day sayin it’s goin be around 7 working days !!! called the office to see why Girl on the phone just kept talking over me put me on hold and left me there !!! tryed ringing back after 5 mins of bein on hold and the call got answered and put back on hold over and over again !!
totally unprofessional disrespectful behaviour won’t use again and will make sure to advise others not to use this company. And before they reply with the we will do an investigation it’s a family run company need I say more

Quality product and good selection on offer.
A UK based company with the right product for my needs, a three tier scaffold tower for domestic use. Quality aluminium (light enough for me to assemble), with all the safety features, adjustable feet levels, easy manoeuvrability and spare parts available. Deliver was on time, the driver very helpful. Each member of Lewis staff I dealt with was efficient, courteous and very helpful and I would confidentally recommend the company.

excellent company
I purchased a full scaffold tower last year from lewis access and was extremely happy the the high quality and robust finish of their products.
last week I ordered some extra sections and poles.
I have to say the customer service department is excellent from from placing an order to keeping us updated on the delivery time. they were polite and courteous especially Chloe.
highly recommended thank you lewis access.

What a fabulous company
What a fabulous company. They really got me out of a spot when we were let down by scaffolders. Delivered in 3 days within a 2 hour window. Driver was excellent and very helpful and was a credit to the company. Phoned in advance to give an eta about an hour ahead and gave a warning he might have to take a 30 min break. Very helpful in offloading. The quality is outstanding and easy to put together with V good instruction pamphlet from their website. A thoroughly professional family business who specialise in wanting to be the best and their customer service is another great personal touch with delightful and very helpful people to talk to. Can't fault them.

Recently purchased a 2.5 x 1.4 tower from Lewis towers, the price was the best I could find the delivery was when they said it would be and the drive was great in helping get it to the property, having used the tower for the first time the build quality is brilliant, goes together with ease, will be looking to buy and small tower from them in the future, great service from all.
