Popped into the Brighton store a few times, lovely store except the last couple times a lady who works on the shop floor with black hair has made me feel quite uncomfortable as I feel like she has given me strange looks and it comes across as quite judgemental and she comes across as quite unapproachable, I understand people have bad days and jobs in retail can be tiring at times but all the other employees have been smiling and are always happy to help.

I ordered a pair of Wide Leg Trousers, and had issues with delivery. This was completely my fault, I contacted Scamp & Dude regarding this. Holly dealt with the query quickly, she was amazing! Holly sorted everything out promptly, and was so helpful and polite. The replacement Trousers arrived the next day, and are stunning! Thanks Holly I’d give you more than five stars!

I love Scamp&Dude clothes, but I really like their Customer Services team, who are always so helpful and ready to assist their customers with with any issues that arise. Thanks

Excellent quality items, fab ethos for the company. Fantastic customer service. I have been buying from this company for a few years ever since my Cancer diagnosis and I was presented a freebie scarf during chemo treatment. I buy scarves to support others but also as the quality of the other clothes are so lovely. This is the first time I have had to send something back as the cardboard label did not match the size on the garment. I was having issues with the return postage wise and contacter services who were extremely helpful and friendly, making the return process for me much simpler. Honestly to have a company that puts this much thought into their customer service these days is rare. Thankyou Jo and the scamp and dude team for all your hard work and your beautiful clothes.

This company is just fantastic. Great ethics and wonderful clothing.
If there is ever an issue the customer service is second to none, be it on line or I store.
I had to contact them online after a small tear in the seam appear and they were so helpful, providing a returns label and sending a replacement out asap.

Was looking forward to my birthday shopping trip and was greeted at the Brighton store by a lovely smiling Emma and invited to have a glass of fizz while I browsed. You can't really start a shopping spree better than that, can you?! Ange, Carly and Ria were also fabulously helpful, finding me ideas to try, checking for my size if it wasn't on the rail, and seeking out newness, as well as looking after my purchases for me while I went to the theatre for my birthday treat! 🎂 Thank you all so much ❤️ ⚡️

Brilliant customer service in the Brighton store. Angie was so patient and helpful. They always have lots of other sizes in the stockroom!

The clothes are fabulous as usual but the customer service from Holly was also amazing! Holly fixed a problem with the delivery address on my parcel and kept me up to date every step of the way, ensuring that I received my goodies. . Thank you Holly 🙏

Scamp and Dude Customer Service are really helpful to deal with. I recently have contacted them on 2 separate occasions and have had quick responses both times.

Service over and above the norm. I cannot recommend the sales team, particularly in Brighton, who sent out the coat I wanted and explained what I needed to do to claim back the VAT. From the beginning to the end they made the experience so easy and personal.

Visited Clarks Village Outlet yesterday. Really lovely staff and great clothes. Loving the pockets in dresses and cardigans along with the dayglo colours.

I bought 3 great items and will be back. Thank you ladies for your help choosing items x

I absolutely love Scamp & Dude clothes! Excellent quality & fabulous customer service. Clothes always feel quality, pockets are great & lovely fabrics. It's a shame returns have to be paid for, as it's not always easy to work out which size is best! Love the original colourful leopard print designs & would love to see more of those prints back aswell! Thank you S&D keep up the super work ⚡️🩷 x

I had to return a dress because it was faulty. Debs at Customer Services was brilliant. Within a few minutes she had replied to my email and sent me a free returns label. I sent her a copy of my tracking receipt and a replacement was sent out immediately. How refreshing to speak to a Customer Services department that actually service their customers. Good job Scamp & Dude and many thanks again Debs ! The dress is fabulous too by the way!

Ordered Authentic Light Indigo Boyfriend Jeans. Sadly original parcel not delivered. Contacted Customer Service and my issue was resolved quickly. Kept informed throughout. Replacement received and jeans perfect fit. Special thanks to Holly who helped me through the process.

I liked the look of the clothes but my purchases ended in disappointment. I ordered 2 different items in different sizes. Neither of them fitted anywhere in spite of making checks about sizing before I bought. The dress - a size smaller than I would usually buy, was like a tent and made for a woman of Amazonian height, making the neckline, shoulder line and sleeves a disaster … likewise the sleeves on the top (my usual size) in a mesh fabric meant they wouldn’t stay up when I turned them back. I am 5’ 3”. As S&D offer petite sizing, I lost the will to live over exchange. If petite sizes are offered I may try again. However, at £3.95 for postage and then again for return the purchase risk from S&D has really put me off.

I absolutely love Scamp and Dude clothes (and ethos!) but for the first time ever something I had bought I didn’t like, so I sent it back but after returning it via InPost it had got lost. I contacted Scamp and Dude customer services and the brilliant Debs had sorted a refund within minutes. The customer service is as brilliant as the clothes 😊

I love scamp and dude. I’m one of their original customers from back in 2016!
However, I’m disappointed that a company that is now stocked on next online, has reported significant growth and is a multi million pound company, still charges for returns.

… a bit stink to say the least.
It’s put me off purchasing especially when the sizing is a little inconsistent across the range.
They’re no longer a small brand and free returns is a little nod to say - we appreciate you, their customers.

I have had to contact scamp and dude a few times with some questions about the preloved area and an exchange that I needed and their customer service/support is amazing. They respond to emails instantly and answer the phone. They treat you like you’re important and sort issues instantly. I will keep shopping here because I know they actually care. (Debs was amazing).

Excellent customer service - an IT glitch meant to couldn’t return/exchange my items but customers services sorted it out for me within day. I forgot to include the free gift I had with the original order and as a goodwill gesture I was able to keep it. Alongside this kindness - the clothes are of good quality fit and stylish!!
