What a great experience I had with this company. Not only was the choice and quality of clothing really good but the customer service was also outstanding. After submitting my initial order I had to make a number of changes - they dealt with this extremely patiently and with good humour, eventually sending out extra things so that I had what I needed in good time. I wish I’d bought uniform from them years ago

The product we received was of very good quality and it came promptly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in relation to an exchange due to incorrect size ordering on my part.Well done go to the top of the class

Excellent selection of uniform and in a variety of sizes which is helpful as I have a very tall child . Ordered and my order arrived the next day, even when it was a weekend! Will be using this excellent site from now on.

Over the holidays I struggled tremendously to find shirts for my son with SEN needs and sensory issues, I purchased from the School Uniform Shop, and they were sadly to big, after emails with Becki in customer services they were sent back with a pre paid label from good will and exchanged with the perfect size.

My son is very happy and comfortable with the shirts and has asked for more. Without a shadow of doubt I will purchase again and thank you Becki for your wonderful help.

Good quality trousers in a large range of sizes. Good communication and delivery. The main thing about this company is great customer service which is rare these days. I recommend this company.

Ordered on Friday, 04/09. Like everyone else was hoping to get a fast delivery. Now Thursday and despite being charged for my order I got no confirmation of it being dispatched to a courier. Tried to Whatsapp yesterday - no response. It's impossible to reach on the phone either. Emailed today and now waiting ...

Was relying on the next working day delivery, ordered Friday for a Tuesday delivery. Didn't get to the courier until Wednesday and is still "in transit" on Thursday.

An update on my initial review. The company responded and provided an email address and has subsequently given me a refund. 5* follow up service.

So on average a 3*

Changed review to 5 stars. After the initial hiccup in communication, Luke went above and beyond to inform me of what was happening with my delivery, and it arrived today as promised.
It's extremely refreshing when something does go wrong, to receive fantastic customer service.
The blouses look a fantastic quality and were exactly what I was hoping they would be. Given the fact there were initial issues, but then how quickly they were rectified, how the communication was thorough and exceptional, I would definitely be happy to shop here again.

I've ordered from the School Uniform Shop for the last several years. They always have great stock of all the basics I need, and super fast delivery. This year part of my order was lost by the courier, but customer service rectified this quickly, sending out a replacement that arrived the next day.

Everything I've ordered has been great quality, and long-lasting, particularly the David Luke boys' school trousers.

Excellent service and communications, definitely my go-to for school uniform.

Great company, had a school uniform item for my son that I couldn't easily find elsewhere and son is starting year 7, so smooth transaction is important this year. What a fantastic company. Came across this sight by chance and wow. It has everything you need and in all sizing. Couldn't get blouses to fit grand daughter anywhere, got them straight away on this site. Got polo shirts also. FANTASTIC pricing reasonable also. This is where will be going every year from now on.
