DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered at the beginning of August! No items have arrived. Tracking says Royal mail expecting item.contacted them several times on whats app where an Ai assistant responds to your queries. I now believe that the tracking number they give isnt genuine! I am contacting Royal mail today to confirm this. I am also reporting this company to trading standards today to investigate! I dont believe any of the positive reviews on here and believe they have been generated by the company themselves! This is a fraudulent company that take your money and dont provide any goods or a refund! Absolutely disgusting!

Joanne, we’re very sorry your order has not arrived and that you have been unable to get a clear resolution. Given the length of the delay, we completely understand why you are angry and concerned.
The Royal Mail tracking number is genuine. The status “Royal Mail is expecting it” means the postage label was created and the parcel details were submitted, but the parcel has not received its first physical scan. This can sometimes happen if a collection scan is missed, but an order from the beginning of August should have been investigated and resolved by now.
Our WhatsApp service starts with an automated assistant, but customers can request help from a member of the team. Please send your order number to [sales@schoolwearunited.com](mailto:sales@schoolwearunited.com) and mention this Trustpilot review so the delivery can be checked and an appropriate refund or replacement arranged.

Unacceptable return postage policy
Sizing was too big needed to return paying for postage myself. Total cost of postage £9.31 including delivery - they would not budge on this. WhatsApp communication feel AI generated. Would never shop here again.

We understand how frustrating it is when the size isn’t right and returning it adds extra cost, Deanna. We always recommend choosing uniform using the child’s actual measurements and the size guide on each product page, rather than selecting by age alone, as every child’s proportions are different.
As the correct item was supplied but was too large, return postage is the customer’s responsibility under our published returns policy. We only cover reasonable return postage when an item is faulty or we have sent something incorrectly.
Our WhatsApp service uses some automated responses to provide information quickly, but customer queries can also be reviewed by a member of our team. We’re sorry this made the conversation feel impersonal and that your overall experience was disappointing.

Really poor and confusing service
Really poor and confusing service; order accepted, I received a WhatsApp message confirming it would be delivered along with Royal Mail tracking information. Fast forward a few hours and I received another message stating my order was cancelled with no further information. I had to chase the retailer to find out what exactly was going on because they clearly didn’t see fit to include relevant basic information such as it was out of stock and they had refunded me. Additionally, I fail to understand how the tracking information could be generated if the items were out of stock.what a joke of a company! Cannot recommend and will never use again!

We’re sorry the cancellation was not explained properly, Lisa. When your order was accepted, our system showed the item as available and automatically generated the Royal Mail tracking information. Unfortunately, by the time the stock system updated, the item had sold out, so we were unable to dispatch it and issued a full refund.
The tracking number only meant that a postage label had been created, not that the parcel had been handed to Royal Mail. We should have clearly explained the stock issue and refund in our cancellation message, rather than leaving you to chase us for answers. We apologise for the confusing and disappointing experience.

Avoid at all cost
So was looking for a shop where i could get tall trousers for my twin boys and this company popped up. Got 1 pack short sleeve shirt and 2 packs long sleeve shirts ans then 2 x 2 packs tall trousers totally £166.
Items arrived wrong, all shirts came as short sleeve.
Contacted them via their whatsapp number on the 24/7/2026 which is quite responsive but whoever is handling it has no solution to offer u directly.
He kept saying details has been passed to team. I sent emails, filled the webform to no avail.
I chased this for a whole month and was told I could return 2 packs for a refund and postage will be paid too, so I did after sending pictures of item in good condition to the lad on the whatsapp page.
Item was delivered to them but then I recieved a partial refund, queried this and was told again has been passed to the team.
No response now since nearly 3 weeks. I chat them up today and am been told this was refunded partially because one of the shirts did not come in the package. ABSOLUTE LIE, TOTALLY ABSURD.
Like are you for real. I sent you pictures a day after this item was recieved.
I hope no one falls into this nonsense again. This is the most insane transaction I have ever had to do my whole life. It's unbelievable, but I guess it is a way they make their money scaming people off in tiny bits.

Joan, we’re sorry that we originally sent the wrong shirts and that it took too long to give you a clear explanation.
To clarify, all of the shirts were inside the returned parcel. However, not all of the original inner packaging was returned with them, which meant the packs were no longer complete and could not be resold in their original condition. This was the reason for the partial refund. We apologise that you were incorrectly told a shirt was missing, as that understandably caused further upset and confusion.
We completely understand your frustration, but the deduction was based on the condition in which the packs were returned, not an attempt to withhold your money unfairly.

We’re sorry, Tracy. If you ordered trousers advertised as pull-up with an all-round elasticated waist, they should not have arrived with a clasp and zip.
Please WhatsApp us through the Contact Us page on our website, including your order number and a photo of the trousers. We can then check exactly what was sent and put this right. If you received the wrong item, we will arrange the return at our cost.
