Order was cancelled but not by me!
Order was cancelled without me knowing about it. Said I still wanted the product and was told they would get back to me! Still waiting!! Definitely do t want it now as I have sourced a pinafore from elsewhere. Terrible customer relations!

We’re sorry for the poor communication here. The size you ordered has now been discontinued by the supplier, which is why we were unable to fulfil the order.
We should have made this clearer at the time and followed up with you properly after you contacted us. We completely understand your frustration, especially as you were left waiting for an update and have since had to source the pinafore elsewhere.

Finally found the perfect pair of school trousers
I searched everywhere for a pair of school trousers for my son. The supermarket brands were no good as the measurements were based on age and the legs were far too long! I ordered a pair from here in the correct age range late on a Thursday and they'd arrived by Monday! The quality of the trousers are excellent, they fit my son's larger frame and the length is perfect! Having measurements by waist is so much more accurate. Thank you!

I’ve checked the order and the size selected at checkout was **8-9 Years** in grey. If a different size was received, then that is something we need to put right. In cases where we have sent the wrong item or wrong size, we would not expect the customer to be left out of pocket for the return.
Please contact us with a photo of the size label or packaging so we can check this properly and help resolve it for you.
