Fast delivery but not amazing design
I ordered 2 pairs of school trousers for my son which were delivered within 2 days. Everything about the trouser is great except the very top of the legs. The waist band and legs are fine but between the legs is very restricting. My son plays football and/or basketball at lunchtime but is worried about splitting these trousers.

Wrong item sent, not sorted correct item
I placed an order and was sent the wrong item, I spoke to someone through the WhatsApp channel to then be ignored and now no response in over 2 weeks

Items not received and bad communication
I have not received my items. I have emailed and messaged and tried to call, with zero response about the whereabouts of my items. Its be 3 weeks to the day. I have now got to find out who to contact to get my money back. Terrible.

Thank you for your feedback, Charlie. We are very sorry for the frustration caused. Unfortunately the items ordered were placed on backorder by the supplier and the expected delivery date continued to be extended.
As a result, a refund was automatically issued once it became clear the order could not be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

We provided the tracking details so the delivery progress could be followed, and we also stayed in contact with you via WhatsApp throughout. We refunded your postage cost as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. We do apologise again for the delay and appreciate your patience.

Great quality dresses
Great quality dresses, really fair price, and perfect fit for my daughter. She loves the fact they have zip pockets and the sleeves aren't elasticated. This was my first time using this store but I will definitely be back again. Thank you
