I purchased my moped around 1 year ago and waited now to review it. I can confidently say I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a change in pace from cycling. This moped definitely delivered on that, it is a blast to ride around town. The price is well worth the quality of the parts and the moped as a whole. Ive ridden it several miles every day for the past year and it still looks and rides like brand new. The staff are also super helpful. Much appreciated Matt.

This seller is an absolute scam. They sell bikes for which there is no parts available neither online nor in physical repair shops. I bought a 125cc Scorpion 2025 from Direct Bikes last year and now its front fairings is broken and I cannot find it anywhere online and after two weeks of Online search I got disappointed. When I called Direct Bikes they asked me for £487 to supply it in 30 days which is very unfair to monopolise the parts of a scooter you sell. Even when I call the scrap compnaies to come and collect it, they do not do so once they know about the model. It is absolute waste of money and very unjust sellers. Never ever in my lifetime do I recommend to anyone to buy from Direct Bikes.

Good all round. From my initial enquiry their customer service has been superb. The scooter is great too, simple to get going, delivered as promised and good fun to ride. Would highly recommend them.
