Staff fixed delivery defects with urgency
People were very helpful, but quad bike and logic topper both had defects rendering them unusable when delivered. However, Philips responded immediately to correct the defects.

I tried to purchase a mini excavator…
I tried to purchase a mini excavator the sales person had one it was supposed to be in their yard .it was not 8 weeks later after many phone calls their was one for me come and get it I did it was no their it had been sent somewhere for auction he explained I shall get it back and delivered to you .it came it had 200 more hrs than suppose to very poor condition and a older model .It did come with 4tins if spray paint and a job jacket.After one hr of using it the track came off .I did my own repair . I was not happy but I needed excavator yesterday 😞.
