Louise in the Halesowen branch was lovely. Super helpful and remained patient while I looked at every frame. Would recommend to friends

My Daughter had an appointment at the Fishponds Branch on 27th May. Firstly I received no reminder call of the appointment which I was advised I would. I tried to call the branch to confirm the appointment but there was no answer.
My Daughter was not given a copy of her prescription and there was very minor interaction.
Aidan on the other hand was absolutely amazing as always.

I had a hearing appointment at scrivens at hamstead branch with the audiologist Mohammed Abdali and he was very patient and informative about my hearing test. It was my first time having one and I felt very comfortable with him and I got an instant report with clear information about my test. I would recommend coming here for hearing tests.

I always enjoy my visits to the Penistone branch. Impressive service. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff.

I’ve been visiting the Broadstone branch for eye tests and new glasses for a few years. Always very professional friendly service! Even tho I am a very fussy customer they always make sure my prescription and glasses frames are just as I need. They can’t keep all frames in stock but were happy to order in my requests. The girls on the shop floor are always very welcoming - thank you all! I’ll be back soon :)

Wonderful staff, so very helpful. My mum is 92 and they treated her with great respect and understanding. The glasses and frames are excellent quality and help her life life to the full.

Staff at Scrivens in Broadstone are always friendly and welcoming. Eye tests are easily arranged, thorough and professional. There is a wide range of glasses to choose from and staff are both helpful and patient while choosing. Fitting and aftercare are exemplary.

Ultimately the friendly staff made the whole experience from first visit to the last fitting. They were professional and answered any questions no matter how insignificant they seemed to be, made us welcome and comfortable .

Friendly and informative, didn’t wait any time at all and picked a new set of frames before my test.

Very helpful staff and the optometrist was thorough and gave me all the information I needed.

Since my life long 'traditional' optician retired I have struggled to find an alternative that meets his personal touch and detailed eye care.
My first time experience with Scrivens at Chingford Mount was the most positive yet, and sooo much better than the reliance on technology at places like Boots and Specsavers that make you think the training and qualifications are irrelevant. Yes, technology has its uses, but it is no substitute for training and experience - I'll be back!
