Helpful salesman not pushy at all.....kept upto date on production in Italy......delivered on time...to the hour !....local men delivered and took away all packaging very professional... excellent company

Was made to feel welcome as soon as we went into shop they young lady that came to us was lovely from the start nothing was to much trouble we told her what we were looking for and she made sure she showed us all she thought would suit us from prices to materials she is such a credit to your company wasn't pushy just let us take our time and made sure we chosen what was best for our needs.

Great amount of fabric choices for each sofa. Simon at Aintree was very helpful gave good advice on each piece of furniture. Didn't feel pressured into buying, allowed to think about purchase before placing order.

Store is bright and well spaced out, while the staff are pleasant and helpful. Sofas are of high quality but expensive and the waiting time to receive an order is bordering on ridiculous. The lack of any reduction in price is frustrating, considering the high ticket price, but the choice of options, including style and materials is very good indeed.
