Fast friendly delivery service

The delivery team were 2 hours late, due to be here by 4pm they arrived at 6pm.
Neither the armchair nor the corner unit would fit through our front door.
At no point whilst buying the units were we asked for the dimensions of our front door.
The delivery driver contacted a subcontractor who quoted us £290.00
To break down the back of the corner unit and the back of the armchair before reassembling it inside the house.
We are not willing to pay this fee for a 3 grand sofa which will essentially be broken.
The delivery team contacted his manager who was not interested in helping us or helping his delivery team. He ordered them to reload the truck with all the units.
Very very unhappy as there is noone for us to talk to at this time on a weekend.

Great experience!! Arrived early and phoned to let me know they’d be early. The 2 gentleman that came, Dai and Scott were very efficient, happy and careful bringing my new recliner in and setting it all up. Thank you

Personal attention and good delivery timing

Russell & Simon, and the lad they had along with them to help, were brilliant. So chatty and really put me at ease when I was worried the sofa wouldn’t fit through the doors. They went above and beyond to get it in, assembled it and took all the wrapping paper with them as well.
5* all round!
Amazed as well as the sofa came a month earlier than expected and is exactly as ordered and excellent quality 👌🏽

Fantastic new showroom in Bridgend with staff looking very smart, with their service reflected.
It was great to choose a sofa style then select any material and colour from the boards available. The variety was wide and the simplicity of selecting made it an easy experience.

The delivery came 5 weeks earlier than anticipated - which was very welcomed. A regular update via text and with a 45 minute slot provided on the day made the delivery great.

The delivery men were well mannered, pleasant and with a good sense of humour, who assembled the sofas and removed waste efficiently.

Would highly recommend SCS Bridgend - will definitely be back!

Russell & Simon were brilliant , they kept us appraised of the delivery time. On arrival both were very friendly & real professionals. We have a very restricted space to maneuver in. They both went that extra mile to make the delivery happen. They were so tidy taking the protection coverings away, they were fully equipped to protect our home. Thank you guys.

Really lovely sales guy. Not at all pushy and listened to our living area needs. Bought a lovely sofa. The range of colours and fabrics were perfect for our room. Well impressed!

We ordered our sofa before christmas and were never told that it could not be delivered through a standard front door even though we made it clear the only access was via the front door.
When delivery was attempted, the delivery guys informed me that, there was no way that it would go through, they tried but they were right. They took the sofa back to the warehouse informing me that I would have to contact Customer Services, they were very polite.
I had to contact the upholster that Customer Services gave me contact details for to ask him to dismantle the sofa.
A redelivery was booked and arrived last Friday. Two bolts for the legs were missing when it was
reassembled so two legs are secured by one bolt each, by no means ideal.
On the whole the sofa is lovely however there seems to be missing stuffing from one of the back cushions. One of the cushions is flat and saggy compared to the others, again not what you expect.
SCS, could and should do better.

Stuart in Bridgend's store was very polite and knowledgeable. He was also very calm and did not push us into something we may dislike. This tends to make me push back and walk away. Everything was conducted perfectly and of course we made a great purchase. Well done Stuart.

Excellent delivery Rhys and Josh respected my home

From beginning to end the process for ordering and delivery have been fabulous. Stuart in the Bridgend store was very helpful. The delivery guys Rhys and Josh were amazing. Tracked delivery online and Josh rang when they were about an hour away. Fast delivery and assembly with really pleasant guys and all rubbish was taken away.Very happy with our Tizzolo suite.
