Suite arrived on time and i am very pleased with it,the delivery men were friendly and polite plus they took all the packing away over all a good service.scs shop staff are very helpful and made the hole experience very easy.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite. Unfortunately we had a problem with a window through which the furniture was to come into the house and so had to bring through narrow doors but they were very careful, took their time and managed without mishap. They were helpful & explained about the electrical workings of the furniture.

The assistant that dealt with me was very helpful and understanding around my disability couldn't help me enough

We were not rushed or pressured in any way and your representative Wayne at the Bridgend store was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. We were impressed with the ranges available and the fact they could be made in any of the many materials on display. What a service to offer. The delivery times were reasonable considering the furniture is made to order.

From choosing our sofas up to their deliveries, it’s been quick, easy and straightforward. They’ve contacted us via phone and email for updates and deliveries were on time. In store and delivery staff were friendly and professional.

Excellent service from the staff in Bridgend. Steve was attentive without being overbearing Anna was happy to chat about anything in the showroom. Overall the experience was much better than expected and we are so glad we went in there. Well worth a visit.
