Brilliant experience from start to finish. The staff was helpful, friendly and genuinely cared to help us find the right sofa. Great quality and amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

two delivery drivers was very friendly. polite & got on with the job-we love the furniture a little bit hard but I am sure after a few weeks it will be fine. only draw back 3 months was a long time to wait. we was well looked after with the sales person in the shop I would definitely recommend SCS to my friends

Friendly service from showroom to delivery. Love the sofa which for a sofa bed is mechanically amazing and both comfortable as a sofa and a bed. Mattress is really comfy, not like the old sofa beds off years ago. Easy to put up and down in 5 seconds.

The sales person, Holly, at the Cortonwood store was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not push for a sale. She explained the labelling system, and that items identified as fabric are only available as fabric whilst those identified as leather are available in both. I was then left to browse and on making my decision was given the overall price, and the dimensions of my chosen sofa so that I could check against the existing sofa. Holly then called me as promised to confirm the order and provide an approximate delivery.
I only went in to look, but the standard of service resulted in a purchase.

Julia the sales rep at cortonwood was fantastic, lots of helpful advice.
Finally chose a sofa and chair- totally different styles and materials. Sofa in micro material- last sofa in this and not a mark on it. The chair is swivel recliner in leather.

The sales assistant and store manager Chris and Bal were very helpful and knowledgeable which made choosing the right items easier

We went in just to look and was greeted by suzi who didnt push us she showed us all the plus points and left us to try thing out and returned and our minds where made.up che was very friendly and helpful and would lik to thank her for her help
