Made to feel welcome and left to look around the store with occasional information & advice. We ended up buying the first one we saw and were happy with. It was on offer as it was a display settee & to clinch the deal the gave us an extra £50 discount.
Also we can pick it up in a week as opposed to 2 months to manufacture it!

From placing the order with Suzie at the Cortonwood branch in Barnsley who was extremely helpful to delivery everything went really smoothly. The communication was good throughout the process. Also happy with the quality of the sofa and the comfort.

Quick n efficient service my suite arrived before estimated date

The furniture is great delivery was excellent delivery men top rate but unfortunately it was the wrong one went to tell the people at ScS who admitted immediately that they had ordered the wrong sofa but was told by one salesman that they couldn't do anything about it and told by another salesman that he would look into it and get back to me but at this moment I haven't heard anything. Overall very disappointed won't be using ScS again

Perfect from the start, we were welcomed into the premises and showed us the sofas with no pressure to buy. The estimated date of delivery was given and we were updated with the exact date later on. Day of delivery was well organised, they arrived on time and were professional and friendly. I just love my sofa it’s beautiful. All in all an excellent, smooth process.

Delivery team were on time and nice people, they explained that out static chair had a bearing that was damaged ( chair foot couldn’t be screwed on) and we would be contacted to arrange a repair which is yet to happen??, pleased with our suite and look forward to hearing from you regarding the repair to the chair foot.

When arriving at the shop I was met by a lady who was exceptional helpful to me .She guided me to the exact sofa I needed .I was needing it to be an exact measurements .She kindly measured it for me and luckily it was perfect.

We were so disappointed with the sales team at the Dearne valley branch , doing things so quickly making so many mistakes, my wife felt bullied into the sale , the mistakes were still being made right up to delivery of the sofa No slides were put on to the delivery advice luckily the delivery guys David and Liam who were so professional had some on the van , Liam and David were amazing so friendly and professional delivering our sofa ,they very nearly made up for the unprofessional staff at dearne valley store .

Firstly the smell in the shop is amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were served by the lovely Susan who went above and beyond.
