The staff were all brilliant. I can’t fault them or the delivery. It was within time and the ability to check progress on the day of delivery fantastic. The delivery men were polite and considerate. They were in my house in less than 10 minutes. That included bringing each part of the sofa in unwrapping them and assembling
The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the colour of my leather sofa looks nothing like the one in the shop. I was expecting a light cream and it’s more beige. I’ve been back to the shop who inform me they have to use the lighting in the shop it’s mandatory. I had asked for a swatch to bring home before ordering but they don’t have those. Shame because it’s a beautiful sofa. The colours grown on me but in my opinion the lighting in the shop is wrong. Getting in touch with head office is difficult you can only write to them. No phone number and no e mail address.
My only advice to anyone purchasing is make sure of the colour.

Faulty chair can’t speak to anyone not good with computers so not very happy

Well informed about order and delivery service, arrived on time, a small insignificant scuff on the back bottom side of 1 sofa that was spun on the drive on unpacking that has been reported by the driver.

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff, top quality products and affordable prices, with interest free credit available. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Well laid out showroom. Attentive staff who clearly know their products. Easy to choose the right product. Delivery on time by a friendly crew who carried out their work quickly and efficiently. My only quibble would be the 3 month wait from ordering to delivery.

Delivery and quality excellent,but disappointed that glides that we ordered at the same time as the sofas 3 months ago were not delivered at the same time. We were told they were out of stock and not sure when they were due back in stock. When I phoned the store to query ,I was told I could collect them myself from there , which resulted in a 25 mile round trip . This is not really good enough .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing seemed like too much effort for them to discuss, or find out about. They seemed knowledgeable about the different sofas on offer, and willing to spend time assisting me to make an informed choice.

Staff very helpful in helping us to find the corner unit to suit us.

Julia was so kind, friendly and humorous while remaining professional and classy, that it was choosing an accent chair. Julia immediately matched my energy and vision of what I wanted. The guy on shift with her that day paid neither of us any attention, no word, nothing, but at least he let us get on and have our moment. I'd have Julia work for me if I could, she is a kindred spirit!

Nice polite- explained the tickets on the sofa - didnt hassle us

Made to feel welcome and left to look around the store with occasional information & advice. We ended up buying the first one we saw and were happy with. It was on offer as it was a display settee & to clinch the deal the gave us an extra £50 discount.
Also we can pick it up in a week as opposed to 2 months to manufacture it!

From placing the order with Suzie at the Cortonwood branch in Barnsley who was extremely helpful to delivery everything went really smoothly. The communication was good throughout the process. Also happy with the quality of the sofa and the comfort.

Quick n efficient service my suite arrived before estimated date

The furniture is great delivery was excellent delivery men top rate but unfortunately it was the wrong one went to tell the people at ScS who admitted immediately that they had ordered the wrong sofa but was told by one salesman that they couldn't do anything about it and told by another salesman that he would look into it and get back to me but at this moment I haven't heard anything. Overall very disappointed won't be using ScS again

Perfect from the start, we were welcomed into the premises and showed us the sofas with no pressure to buy. The estimated date of delivery was given and we were updated with the exact date later on. Day of delivery was well organised, they arrived on time and were professional and friendly. I just love my sofa it’s beautiful. All in all an excellent, smooth process.
