Our in store experience was great, it was relaxed and not rushed. The sales team were helpful and were able to answer all of our questions.
We were kept up to date regarding delivery dates and on the day a link was provided so we could track the progress.
The two delivery guys Craig and Martel were polite and respectful of our property inside and out.

The buying experience was pleasant and relaxed with no undue pressure. Likewise the delivery experience. We were informed the date and approximate times followed up on the day by a one hour window with a phone call confirming they were an hour away. The gentleman who delivered the sofa were polite professional and tidy

Sales team were great, gave us many options and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was great, very efficient, they even took away the packaging! And assembled everything for us.
Only downside was the lead time, there was a delay from the estimated lead time, and then another delay to the expected delivery date.

On time, professional, friendly and respectful.

I have had know problem with the company at all my furniture was delivered on time and was taken care of by the delivery men and the staff was very helpful and would shop with them again and would recommend them to my friends am very happy with my sofas they are lovely and very good quality thank you s.c.s

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
I paid £2660 for a sofa in FEBRUARY which I still have NOT received. This is the second bad review I have posted as the customer service department told me they had emailed the store to phone me regarding my sofa and SURPRISE SURPRISE nobody has phoned me! My sofa was supposed to be delivered in April and come in 3-4 pieces, when they tried to deliver it was in 2 pieces and wouldn't fit through the door,which is a standard size door, was told someone would call me and NO CALL. After waiting over 2 weeks as the store was having a refit I CALLED them to see what was happening. I have been without anything to sit on since April, in and out of hospital having cancer treatment and just been passed from pillar to post being told I'm getting a phone call the next day to sort out the problem and nobody ever calls. 6 MONTHS and still with out a sofa and down over £2500!!

Ordered a sofa in February, tried delivery in April and the driver said no way it's fitting through the door so told me he would take back and someone would be in touch. Nobody got in touch so drove down to the Derby store on 2 separate occasions and they were closed due to a referb. Eventually managed to speak to someone who re arranged delivery and after forcing the sofa through the door it got stuck and back to the depot it went. We are now in the middle of August and Still no sofa or refund. Emailed twice now and still nobody has helped me, the customer service is absolutely diabolical. I'm down £2600 and still nobody from this company wants to help!

Delivery crew today have been amazing. I don't usually give feedback but today I've been moved. The 2 guys, Deon and Sean were very positive in a very difficult space to get my corner sofa in as they were large items. The sofa had been previously returned because I felt that delivery crew were not so keen to try other ways to make it successful, but this crew is brilliant 👌.

We ordered a new sofa through the Derby branch. From ordering to delivery there were no issues at all, branch staff were excellent. Well done Robert & Todd who had to navigate a smaller than normal doorframe they went above and beyond, no mess at all was left and they did it all with a smile and in good humour.

Chris and Terry, the delivery team, communicated perfectly for the delivery. We had a call just under an hour before and they arrived on time. They were very polite and fitted the sofa and chair we ordered in less than 30 mins! Fantastic service!

SCS told me a 4 hour time slot the day before then on the day a one hour time slot I was also able to track the van

Delivery drivers were fabulous!!! Arrived on time, were super efficient and really friendly and helpful. They put our new sofa and chair together in the room of our choice and took away all packaging. Really pleased with our new furniture and always a bonus when delivered with a smile!!

Ordered a sofa and love chair on 19 January and paid in full, estimated delivery date end of March. Received a text to advise delivery due on 10 May, no furniture delivered. Multiple phone calls and hours spent on hold and waiting for call backs. Repeatedly told to contact Derby store to arrange loan furniture and compensation but store is closed. As it stands currently have no furniture or compensation. Would not recommend SCS.

Quality Sofas at a great price. Had to wait 12 weeks but worth the wait. The delivery guys were brilliant. Put together both power sofas with politeness. Tested before leaving.
