From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was exceptional. I ordered my settee and the team kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process, including the delivery.

When it arrived, the delivery team were excellent and made sure everything was properly fitted and in place.

Great customer service from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them. Oh, and most importantly, the settee is extremely comfortable!

Have never had a receipt for my purchase plus was charged 180 pounds for them to take arm off as they said
D they could not get it in the flat .had no choice but to pay could I'll afford it.am sure they could have got it in but they would no listen.so no not very happy at all mrs j jordan

Everything went very smoothly from entering the store to finding the sofa that we wanted. We were given plenty of time to decide what we wanted and Mary was a very interesting, helpful person.

Polite and respectful, kept me updated on delivery time slot . Also were super quick
in putting it together while taking away all the packaging that the sofa came in , leaving it tidy. They
were brilliant.

The delivery chaps were very pleasant and polite, they put the furniture together and took away their rubbish.

We finally have our sofa ! Dave at the Farnborough branch was so helpful and knowledgeable and just a really nice gentleman. We bought our ex display sofa through Dave who explained that we had to wait around a month for the sofa to be taken off the catalogue. He kept in touch and we even had our delivery date a few days earlier than expected. But then disaster struck ! The 3rd party delivery team couldnt get the sofa through the front door . Assuming there would be no other option after waiting a month for our sofa than a refund , I got in touch with Dave who then organised an upholsterer to dismantle the sofa a week later and reassemble it in our living room . We are all so happy and grateful for the communication, helpfulness and compassion Dave showed in our customer journey ! Cannot thank him enough .

Dave in Poltroné sofas Farnborough was so helpful when I went in to first have a look, no pushy sales talk which was refreshing so I went back and ordered my furniture after checking measurements. I had superb service from the staff in the shop in March and was promised delivery before the end of Julyand true to the promise it was delivered on the 25th. The colour and fabric perfect exactly what I chose. Many thanks.

Delivery was straight forward kept me informed of times for delivery. Guys were very polite and done a great job.

Staff were knowledgeable about the products but left us to make our choices at our own pace, their tech for placing our order and credit financing was a bit clunky though, and when we amended the order I had to go back to the store (50 minutes drive) which was annoying

I knew which sofa I was interested in before I visited the Farnborough ScS store. I was approached by Maria who explained about the new look store, etc, but also stressed there would be no hard sell and to let someone know if I needed assistance.
Had a look around the showroom but couldn't find what I was looking for so asked Maria for help who knew exactly where to find it!
Choosing the combination and colour of the sofas was easy with Maria's help as was paying the deposit, etc.
When I made the rest of the payment nearer the delivery date, I was able to choose when I wanted my furniture delivered which was a huge bonus.
The delivery team - Neville and Liam - kept me up to date from the evening before the delivery with an ETA and on the day called to inform me that they were an hour away, which was very helpful.
The team arrived on time, were efficient and professional, had the sofa installed and packaging removed in no time at all!
Altogether, a brilliant experience, great service and truly amazing staff; Maria in store who was funny, knowledgeable and obviously loves her job, Liam and Neville who kept me informed and were prompt and efficient as well as being approved of by two nervous dogs!
The only "negatives" would be that owing to being made to order, the furniture took 12 weeks to arrive and that ScS don't offer a sofa removal service for the old items. Otherwise a great big thumbs up for an altogether great service!!

From the very beginning of purchasing our 2 sofas, the service has been second to none. The sales lady at the Farnborough, Hampshire branch was so careful to make sure that my wife and I made the right decision over the two sofas that was required. The company kept us well informed from start to finish as to when the delivery would be made, and when the delivery arrived, the two delivery men were so nice and so helpful. Both were from Brazil, so we had a good laugh about the World Cup. I would highly recommend SCS.
