Bit of a long wait for our sofas after ordering.Booked day off work on delivery cos we live in a 3 storey house.Van turned up on time,man came to door and went to van.I presumed he was checking right number but van drove off.Not my wife or myself heard a knock.I presume they were contracted drivers,saw the stairs and couldn't be bothered.Arranged 2nd delivery David and Daniel were excellent and did a great job.A side rest was missing but they have arranged another.

Kammy and the team at Huddersfield were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Kammy went over and above to help us, Truly a credit to your company. 😊

NWT who delivered our sofa gave excellent service. Arrived within the time specified. Very efficient, friendly, took good care getting the sofa through a tight gap. Very impressive couple of men. A credit to the company.

The guys that delivered our sofa and the one in charge particularly were amazing quick and efficient but also very pleasant and very helpful telling us about the sofas and also plug in power packs that are available for recliners that are positioned in the middle of a room 10 out of 10 your staff should be commended

Not even having received my order yet, I’m already extremely disappointed with the level of service. I’ve received little to no assistance when trying to resolve my concerns.

I work in sales myself, and we go above and beyond for our customers before, during, and after a sale. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

The lack of communication and support has been appalling, and based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this company to others.

Plenty of notice re-delivery,from days before to contact on the day. Quick ,on schedule ,and very helpful in constructing the sofa before leaving.

I arrived at your store in Huddersfield to be met by Jason he was very polite and welcoming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted as my husband passed away 6 months ago and I had never really bought furniture without his help however Jason gave me the advice and help that I needed and left me to browse. I finally settled for the first one I saw gave Jason my order and he advised me of the offers available. I thought it was an excellent deal and decided it was a definite contender. Later that afternoon I telephoned Jason and sealed the deal by leaving a deposit. It was a very pleasant and easy experience. Thankyou Jason you’re a star 🌟 and Thankyou Scs I can’t wait to receive my furniture 🤩

The young salesman who is name is Akaash..was very polite. first asked myself and my friend if we would like a coffee..he let us look around the show room but wasn't far away from us. he came and asked if i needed further assistance which i did he sat down explained clearly to me the questions i asked showed me diffrent colours i could have. i bought a settee and chair I'm happy with my choice and price...such a great sales man.he gets top marks from me it was the Huddersfield branch

The store is welcoming and smells great! The staff didn't do 'hard sell' but we're on hand for any help.
I just wished the delivery price was lower for just one chair, especially when I bought a sofa from the same store recently and paid the same price for a 3 seater sofa !

First visit was just to look around what was available. Liked not being approached at entry of shop to see if they can help etc. Once I approached staff with questions, polite and straight answers were given. Went back next day to place order. Again, staff member was polite and very helpful, pointing out some other options and no time pressure although it came very near to closing time. Approximate delivery was given, deposit taken and overall a ver good experience so far.

We had a nice welcome and the sales person was patient in answering all our questions.

Very happy with the professional approach by salesman Akaash at the Huddersfield store . Wanted to buy a 3 seater couch and it was hard to make decisions with such choices of beautiful furniture but Akaash Was really helpful and giving loads of good information and advice so I chose the sofa I wanted I allways buy my furniture from SCS for the friendly staff and delivery service ..

We had quite a long wait for our chair, but not surprising at the moment. Good communication throughout from Poltronesofa. Delivery itself was outstanding! They listened to our request regarding access etc, and the young guys on the day were brilliant. Very helpful and efficient, cheery, and no moaning about all our steps! Thank you, lads.
The buying experience was good - helpful young lad, without being pushy. The older guy who was on was a bit of a pain, so we left to have a think, and returned to deal with the polite lad who helped us. That was our only negative. We love the chair we bought, it feels good quality so far.
