Staff fabulous curtios and helpful store was in pristine condition

Brian was very helpful and courteous, advised us on payment options etc.

The staff were friendly and attentive. They were not pushy and allowed me to make my choice over three visits. It was good to use this company as its local and the stock seems good quality.

Only thing was we wanted to order headrests for the sofa but we couldn’t order them separately as our sofa was in the sale

Couch heating up when plugged in and 1 side cushion sagging

Bought 2 sofas and foot stool from the Kirkcaldy store and the transaction was seamless, from the assistant that helped us in the store to the delivery guys from Edinburgh who installed these and took away all the packaging, First Class!

Good service in store with friendly staff. Delivery was good with helpful tracker. Delivery drivers were friendly and really helpful building furniture snd taking away the rubbish.

1 issue only, I had requested easy gliders as i am disabled and struggle to move heavy furniture,can this be resolved please?

First time in the shop was welcomed by barry who went thriugh everything with us he helped us pick the right suite and colour he gave us the measurements to take away to make sure it was the right size for my livingroom when we went back to order it barry went through every thing we needed to know and we made the purchase he was great.

We got a warm welcome salesperson Barry greeted and gave us a run down of stores answered all our questions very helpful and not too pushy that’s why we decided to purchase our suite.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome, almost as if being “invited in to your home”. The store smelled great (important point) and looked and felt very relaxing. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and knew when to step back to allow us to consider options. Tbh, this probably helped us decide to buy on our first visit.

From placing the order to delivery everything went like clockwork. The store staff gave good advice, were knowledgeable and kept us in the loop. The waiting time from order to delivery was accurate. The delivery team were very efficient and took care when bring the sofas into the house. They assembled the feet and placed the sofas where we wanted them. 1st class from beginning to end.

Goods arrived on time. Crew was helpful and efficient.
