We arrived as a family with a budget and series of requirements. The lady who dealt with us was patient, knowledgeable and gave great advice. We purchased on the day and the store was the 1st one we visited - We intended to visit all the competition, before making an commitment.

Sofa arrived yesterday. Exactly what we ordered and exactly on time. looks even better in person. Really good quality, solid and so comfortable. Really appreciate Conlan from the Mansfield store for his guidance, enthusiasm and knowledge, made it really easy getting our perfect sofa.

Lost a star due to how long its taken to be delivered, the price of the delivery too. Lovely sofa hope it lasts the test of time, the delivery lads were good, took them no time to put together (I wasn't expecting them to do that), all rubbish taken, no damage, credit to them as it was very hot.

Well The Crew That Fetched Our Sofa bed Was Surprised because we have wide doors it wasnt the colour i was expecting i thought we had ordered a Blue sofa bed but i just told the crew to leave it i LOVE my sofa bed its the 1st decent nights sleep i have had in along time we have had to put a blanket down the side of the bed because of the metal that is on the side of the bed but its not a problem I just cant afford to catch my legs as im on Blood Thinners But Im so HAPPY That we saved up the money to get this Sofa bed your crews were brilliant taking good care of everything that they brought in showed us to to put the bed out and then put it away the last settee that we had was DFS and it wasnt as comfy as yours you can tell its made with Love So THANK YOU so Much For My Amazing Sofa bed My Husband is now waiting on his chair to come and that will be us sorted for a lifetime The Crew Left us with a box for Emergency cleaning of our sofa THANK YOU Once Again For Our Beautiful Sofa

We had a very nice young salesman name of Conlan,at Mansfield Retail Park.He was very smart,extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Manager Richard is also very pleasant too.When Conlan asked a blond lady assistant if I could borrow a sample of the suite we’d chosen ,she refused,complete ignored me on the way to to till ,which l thought was very rude.I was only going 500 yards to choose a carpet .The carpet manager walked down to your store ,to look at the suite we’d chosen ,to try and match a carpet.
