The sale assistant was very helpful Daniel answered all the questions I asked, the only thing I wasn’t a happy about was I wanted a 4 seater sofa but I live on the second floor and I asked if the sofa doesn’t fit in the lift will the delivery person will be prepared to bring it up the stairs for me if I paid a little extra and I was told no they wouldn’t.

My experience was a great one from…
My experience was a great one from start to finish. Mohammed was very welcoming, attentive and thorough in showing me around the showroom. He listened to my concerns around the type of sofa I did not want and gave good and honest advice. He took the time out and was very patient even though there were other customers he could of attended to. I'm thankful that in the end, I was able to make the right decision. Thanks Mohammed. Friendly and helpful sales consultant. Items ordered delivered on due date. I am impressed. Only gripe, couldn't get straight through to the store via phone. Went to customer service who took quite a while to answer. Hung up in the end.

Antonio Rodrigues was super kind enough…
Antonio Rodrigues was super kind enough to help us with our inquiry at the last minute within the shop closing, he walked us through the many questions we had and answered them thoroughly and in full detail. He was super patient with our Order and even helped us get a few sofas in clearance, he went above and beyond, staying over 2 hours ahead of his shift just to help complete our large orders. Would recommend anyone who wants to purchase furniture for the first time to come visit the store and ask about Antonio, he's kind enough to walk you through the process step by step!
