Great customer services are great staff first class highly recommend the store

Still waiting on my refund despite a visit to the store and two phone calls

We had great experience shame they no longer sell the lamps, very helpful looking forward for are new sofa just takes time to come.

We weren’t given the invoice at the time so we only knew the total and our deposit. A few days later we went back to have make sure we had made the right choice. Whilst there we asked for our invoice and we found three items that were never discussed. We have been charged £71 each for these items that we wouldn’t have added to our bill. Disappointed just hope the settees are the ones we ordered when delivered and after sales service is ok.And maybe we will get the money.refunded!
Overall disappointing!

Bought a recliner form the Swindon store last July. The USB panel was faulty and a technician from their repair contracor Emmiera came to swap it out. Tossed the chair straight forwar with the back hitting my floor. Damaged the chair. Three visits later over the course of six months three engineers have visited to attemp to repair the chair. All have failed. SCS and Emmiera have both washed the hands of the complaint and damage caused by their technician. The complaint is now with the Ombudsman. Will never buy from this company againg. Nor my familtor extended family and all there friends.

The sofa was delivered on time but the crew were a little undesirable. I wasn’t sure that their shoes were clean enough and they showed little regard to wiping their feet. One of the crew had an open cut on his arm that was actively bleeding. My husband pointed this out and he wasn’t going to do anything about it. We had to insist that he leave the house to sort it out as we did not want blood all over our house and there are risks with blood.
They were efficient but not what I expected from a reputable company like SCS.

But Customer services are useless
Can't reach anyone on phone .leave message they get back to you 2 weeks later
I would not deal with SCS again simply based on their Customer service

Very experienced and highly professional crew. Took great care when entering property to ensure no damage to either house or furniture.
Offered sound advice on unit operation and safety elements.

Had my delivery today from scs just wanted to say how good your delivery drivers were nothing was to much trouble for them Shaun and Arron were terrific very polite very professional thanks to you both.

From looking around the show room to delivery and set up I am very happy.
The sales person waa friendly, happy and very helpful. The delivery guys were friendly, they were careful, quick and efficient at assembling my new sofas. Very pleased with the service. Tracking was accurate and they came within the delivery slot time.

The guys where very friendly and customer focused. Polite and happy, informed before arrival and when they arrive. I wish both of them a merry Christmas.
SCS in the shop were lovely too, helpful all round .

However I have not received my furniture care pack.

The two blokes delivering the furniture were great and when they couldn't fit it through the front door they were happy to go round the back. Their lack of English meant conversation was restricted so might be a handicap for older or hard of hearing customers. They also needed to borrow an extension bit for their drill to be able to secure the feet on the foot rest.

After the panic text about payment in full was sorted out,the crew who delivered the sofa where fantastic credit to them for the work they did in such a tight schedule , very happy with all of the communication with delivery time to…

Got our new sofa delivered today. Am very pleased with it looks lovely.
It was easy to order from the shop, I was contacted with a delivery time and date and then was given precise delivery details early in the morning. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient. A good experience.

On time. Told me when arriving. Respectful of property. Assembled furniture correctly. Left house and unpacking area clean and tidy when left. Both guys very pleasant to talk to.

The ScS delivery team, Arek & Neville, we're absolutely great. They took care when entering the property with the sofa sections, and answered all my questions concerning checking the sofas etc. I received a call from Arek about 30 minutes before their arrival, saying we were next on the list. All pieces looked to be completely undamaged during their transit and they look great in situ. Very pleased with the overall service received from both the Swindon ScS shop staff and the delivery team. Thanks!

Amazing delivery drivers!
Marcin and Arek were our delivery drivers and I could not fault them. They truly went above and beyond to get my sofa into the house, and we're patient enough to wait whilst the kitchen window and tap were removed so it could be posted through the gap! 10/10 service

Sofas delivered. The crew did an excellent job. The only thing I was surprised about was receiving an email the afternoon before to advise that the sofas would be delivered from 7am the next morning, with no other prior notice.

The whole experience was abysmal.
Order mix up.
Delayed delivery - by 3-4 months.
Poor customer service.
Have now demanded a collect and refund - which luckily they haven't quibbled with - or it would have been Ombudsman time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. EVER.
