Staff couldn't do enough for us, and was a great help when we decided what we wanted

We just went in to the Warrington shop to have a look as we had seen the advertisement on tv.the staff were very polite.they Left us to look around.we then saw the one that was on the advertisement and then we asked them to help us.thay explained everything to us.thay never rushed us thay gave Time to have a good look and to use the controls.sfter about 45 minutes we decided it was the one for us

I have purchased a sofa and recliner chair from SCS your former name I live behind the retail park in Howley I have always found the staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable about your furniture I need a new recliner I visited a few other furniture shops and I called into your new store on the Alban retail store to have a browse around an to look at styles and prices the young man I saw on my 1st visit was friendly and helpful I saw a blue recliner chair the salesman said it was also a rocking chair I didn’t try it out because zi had just been the gym and I had a bottle of water in my bag so I had a look in a few other stores an decided I would got back and try out the chair in your store the salesman asked if I needed any help and I asked about buying the chair but in leather he explained about all the different types of leather how they varied in quality price how hard wearing they are I chose a Midnight blue colour and decided to buy it we proceeded to payment and he suggested the 5 yr insurance talked about all the benefits of it so I added that to my purchase he explained about delivery times an that’s it important to be at home on delivery day because storage space is limited but I will definitely be at home awaiting the delivery of my new chair I know it’s going to fit well in my living room an go well with my decor

Ordered the sofa in store, paid 10% deposit, got a call 2 weeks later to say they had forgot to order the main part of the sofa, which increased the price. We were then told due to the price increase (not our mistake) we had to then pay more money on top of the deposit otherwise our order wouldn’t have been put through. We then received a delivery date, organised for our old sofa to be taken, for this date to be cancelled, leaving us without a sofa for 2 weeks. On the day of delivery we got given a time slot of 10:55am-11:25am. We were on holiday when receiving this time, I left where we were on holiday earlier and got home leaving enough time, for the sofa not to be delivered until 16:20pm. The tracking/accuracy on the delivery isn’t good enough and with better accuracy could have meant I was able enjoy the final part of our holiday with family.
The overall experience from start to finish was very disappointing.
On another hand, the 2 delivery drivers were lovely and couldn’t fault their professionalism.

Delivery was on time,in fact early!!. The two guys that turned up were excellent 👌. They came in surveyed the job and told me to just carry on with my day. And in no time at all my sofa's were set up in my lounge (and I'm in a first floor apartment!!) . When they left they took all the packaging with them. Thanks Andrew and George, very professional, faultless.👍

The instore staff were amazing. The sofa is wonderful but the installing crew was not very professional.

The sofa is a bit tilted and there were scratches on some places. They came in with their shoes on while my husband was in our living room barefooted. For a product this price, I expect better services in all aspects.

From entering the store, not pressured by a sale personnel, after a few minutes browsing Dale approached, we explained what we were wanting, he explained the layout of the store and where to find certain products and offering a coffee or water.
We then wondered around until we chose the sofa we wanted.
We spoke to Dale and discussed various option with some a lot of valid points coming from him.
He went away to price the items for all options discussed, we then agreed on the best solution for ourselves.
Ordered the items and now looking forward to delivery.
