The staff was very helpful in there job role and helped with sizes and what type of sofa we was looking for

The salesperson made us feel at ease and comfortable with choosing our sofa bed, and explained that in the event of difficulties with delivering this to our chosen room (on first floor) that he could recommend a dismantling and delivery service which we took advantage of. The delivery went smoothly and the installation team were 1st class.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the SCS Lakeside store. The service was excellent – the advisor took time to explain all the sofa options clearly, pointing out which additions would be worthwhile. They were also very helpful in suggesting colours that matched and complemented the sofa’s design and style.

The delivery team were equally impressive. They phoned a few days beforehand to confirm the delivery, and on the day, they arrived early but were happy to wait. They began unloading onto the drive, which made moving everything into the final room much quicker and easier. Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

We recently purchased a sofa and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived at the showroom, we were treated exceptionally well. Zee made us feel truly welcome, offering us recycled bottled water and thoughtful gifts that made our visit even more special. It was a lovely personal touch that really set the tone for the whole experience. Zee went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Zee was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we left satisfied. Truly outstanding customer service.

As for the sofa itself, it has exceeded every expectation. The comfort is incredible and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It looks absolutely stunning in our living room. The style and appearance are exactly as described, and for the price, it represents fantastic value for money. We honestly could not have asked for more.
