Jay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish going though several different options and explaining everything I needed to know in detail. He was also brilliant with my 4 year old son. We spent quite a bit of time in store so this really helped me. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to return in future.

Jake from the Wrexham store is fantastic had every intention on buying a sofa but mother in law said she is still awaiting the care team to fix hers and the aftercare has been horrendous. So decided against.

We called into SCS Wrexham today just to have a browse around really. We were greeted by Jay who explained the new shop layout and then left us to have a look around. We found a couple of sofa's we liked the look of, and Jay came over and helped us with a few questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and I have to say wasn't trying to pressure us into a sale. We've walked out of more than one shop due to pressure selling, but Jay was more than helpful and at no time did I feel like he was pushing us to make a decision. We ended up buying a 2-seater and a 3-seater from the huge selection available. I like the way SCS now have the merchandise laid out, with all the colour swatches and options mounted on the walls - this makes for a less cluttered shop floor - and you can get a proper look at the items because there is more space available. He had a small technical issue with his tablet, but sorted that in less than a minute. Overall a very good experience and I'd have no problems recommending SCS to anyone - especially if all the sales persons were like Jay. Now to decorate the living room ready for the new arrival...

We went shopping the week before our purchase. I am disabled and a wheelchair user and my husband fully abled, we went to the Wrexham store.
Jay was great with helping us choose the right sofa that met our needs, he went through all our options, different styles, fabrics and helped with all the important information that we needed, we felt very comfortable with him and even our little boy who was with us smiled and giggled at him.

When we need / want to go back for a new sofa we will be asking for Jay again.

Holly was extremely helpful today. She showed us all the styles of sofas, the colours, materials. Holly was chatty and lovely throughout and helped my partner and I with our choice of sofa as well as extras. Amazing service!!

Unethical sales practices, belittling staff and absolutely abhorent, impossibly difficult "customer service". Two end of line Ethan recliner chairs available online for £315 each were sold for £2494 including "surcharges" for the colour requested on the 2nd January. When they were finally delivered on the 15th of April they were not the colour specified, rejected and taken back by the delivery driver. Over sixteen phone calls and a store visit later the £2494 has still not been refunded and the customer, a single elderly lady with severe arthritis and back problems left with only a garden chair to sit on. SCS are an abysmal, scam company that no one should purchase from or get involved with.

The delivery men were very friendly and professional, took great care delivering our sofa, being very careful of our property and the sofa, they were excellent.

Excellent delivery service! We were messaged & emailed with delivery time, the guys called when 45 mins away then when they arrived were very quick, friendly & efficient

Overall experience was great in the store. We were in and out within 20 minutes. My only issue was the delivery.

Local courier was fantastic but when we were in store we were not told we had to pay the £100 delivery to the driver on the day. Would strongly suggest making sure this is concrete with the customer for future reference

Very attentive with customer service, asking if we wanted brews, gave us breathing room to decide. Never left sat down without a member of staff being available for questions. Overall brilliant, special shout out to Jay!

Kept up to date regarding my delivery with progress txt messages through the day which was great, then a courtesy call to say they would be with me within 1hr excellent service 😊 Andrew and Kevin were very friendly, polite, professional and respected my property when bringing in the furniture and unpacking and placing just where I wanted everything in the room.

Great service from when we first visited the Wrexham shop and dealing with Charlie who was super helpful right through to being delivered at the lead time expected. The delivery itself was great with good communication and super pleasant guys who set it up in the room of my choice. Really pleased with the sofa itself and love the colour I chose too. Definitely would use SCS again and recommend.

I had a great experience at scs Wrexham in the capable hands of the manager Jay .I met him in store on Friday 11/04/25 Jay was very helpful with both me and my sister .He didn't rush us with our decisions. He answered any questions that we asked ,he was very knowledgeable about the items we were interested in buying and he wasn't at all pushy . In fact I went back to see Jay today to purchase the item I wanted after measuring up at home to check it would fit , and he carried it out to my car and put it in for me .As for my sister she is going back to scs asap to order her new sofa . This is my second purchase from scs and we also ordered a new suite last year for my brother. As a family we are all very happy with our purchases from scs and its great at the minute as there are great bargains to be had in store .

Details of delivery were well communicated and arrived as advised. Crew very efficient in setting up and ensuring all was well

Charlie at the Wrexham branch was brilliant and really helpful, did not hassle and was on hand to help once a we made a decision.

I had a lot of help from Jake the sales advisor he measured the sofa and chair I wanted to purchase for me to make sure it would look good in my lounge he did not put pressure on me to purchase the items and that made me feel comfortable he told me to go home measure and be sure you will be happy with the size bfore you order it I went back to the store and saw him over a 3 day period then I ordered my sofa that I no I will be happy with thank you Jake for all your help
