I lost all my dive gear in an unfortunate accident in Cozumel. I was able to order pretty much every replacement I needed from you. My only complaint is that I checked the option to have all items delivered at once to cut down on packaging. I thought that meant I would receive my order in one or two boxes. The order came in several boxes over the course of many days.

Great kickboard priced better than competitors.

Quality construction evident in Snorkel Pro inflatable vest. However, vest rides up under the user's neck in the water. Will be attaching strap with buckle to hold vest down. Vest was pricey, so surprised this wasn't done by manufacturer.

Fasts shipping, but the item I ordered was the wrong size. My issue, not anything Scuba.com missed.

However, the return process is not good. They charge a mailing label fee, even though they don't clearly state that when placing an order. They also add some other service charge that they DO NOT REFUND. So if you have a return you pay a mailing fee and lose this bunk extra charge. In total I lost about half of the amount I spent on bogus charges.

On top of this, I sent an email to inquire about the charges. They never responded. I've seen enough.

The salesperson I had was so helpful. The new fins he recommended worked out great in Key Largo this past weekend.

Best store for divers

Exactly what I ordered - everything fit as described and received it quicker than I anticipated! Compared prices and was better than all of the competitors, including Amazon - the best deal. Definitely will shop there again.

First order with Scuba.com was a great experience. I needed Rex lens inserts for my Cressi Quantum Mask, and they had them in stock. Added a snorkel and all was shipped within 1 business day and arrived much quicker than I expected. I was worried about them since it was my first order but all that has been put to rest.

Scuba.com will now be my first stop on line to shop when I need anything. Thank you for a great experience.

I was starting to shop with you more but now, your surveys that asked about a product was merely fishing for my personal info to sell. It didn't even ask about the product! It asked me a ton of personal info and then gave me discounts to other companies that I don't want and didn't ask for. I did like scuba.com now I'm less likely to shop with you after all of your predatory surveys you keep sending. Not happy at all.

Really appreciated being able to find a wetsuit and a larger size quickly. The delivery was exactly as promised. Really like the section for used equipment and open box stuff too. Keepingscuba.com on my radar for future needs! Thank you so much!
