I have just had Security Smart install a home CCTV system for me, early days yet but I am extremely pleased with the picture quality and the installation. As I knew what I needed camera wise there was no need for them to visit the site prior to the install. That said Jonathan the owner was very flexible as to what would be needed on the day regarding which cameras would be best to use. He kept in touch by return of email or text message and called after the install to check all went well. Nick the engineer was very polite, professional and very neat and tidy. I had the installation done after seeing their work on my neighbour's house, I have now also recommended them to another neighbour.

Prior to giving my order to Jonathan Whiting a company i have never heard of before, i now would like to state i am happy i did , my CCTV was installed by a fitter called Adam who i can only report as i found him , very knowledgeable on the fitting side , to being very neat and tidy , and nothing was too much of a problem when both questions were asked to even making cable from "SKY TV" , nothing to do with him be re-clipped down a wall, at the end all packaging / excess cable / tape / rubbish / was cleared from site , along with any sweeping up that needed doing , i for one found it very hard to find fault , which for me is a record as i cannot think of any other companies i have had work done in say the last 5 years to report good neat tidy jobs after completion as this one was.
The after sales service i can also vouch for as i am currently in the process of changing 2 of my 4 camera set up , to a 5 MP from a 4 MP as although i have good vision at night , the larger MP at a slightly higher cost price will give a even better vision than what i am seeing at present , however the point being , even though i asked for 4 MP from the off , and now wish i had taken Jonathan's advise of the 5 MP ( JUST TO KEEP THE PRICE DOWN) , this company have agreed to change over the cameras without hesitation .
Would highly recommend this company , as i have done already to both neighbours & friends , and for one would buy from again.

Jonathan worked very hard to ensure that the specification of our farm's CCTV installation met our requirements and limited budget; with room to expand the initial five cameras up to 16 in the future. The installation on site was neat and tidy, and they persisted in sorting out anything that wasn't as intended - which is why we would thoroughly recommend them.
