Fantastic company and team!
This is our 6th year working with Phoenix for our Piglet, Junior Hog event where we have over 1000 arriving. They are absolutely fantastic and i can fully trust that they will deliver a really solid event which all adds to our customer experience (not to mention safety!). Phoenix Events (East) Ltd ran the security for our village music festival/private party. We had approaching 600 guests, adults and children, live music acts on a huge outdoor stage, bouncy castles for kids, picnics, food trucks, licensed bars. All the Phoenix security staff were super friendly, incredibly helpful and supportive and they helped the event to run smoothly and without incident. It is always a pleasure to support the Cambridge Pride City Centre Parade, and we're incredibly proud to have once again played our part in delivering a safe and successful parade through Cambridge city centre.
A huge amount of planning and liaison takes place behind the scenes, from working with Highways to obtain the TTRO and coordinating on-street parking suspensions, to the removal of hostile vehicle mitigation bollards, market arrangements, city centre road closures and car park closures.
This year also saw the introduction of a stationary bus as part of the parade route – something that may sound straightforward, but certainly isn't when working within the narrow and historic streets of Cambridge city centre! This required careful planning and coordination to ensure it could be safely incorporated into the parade.
The route also requires extensive liaison with taxi firms and bus operators, with the road closures and diversions affecting more than 100 scheduled bus services.
Months of detailed planning, stakeholder liaison and preparation go into ensuring the traffic management operation is carefully and safely delivered on the day.
Thank you to the Cambridge Pride team for continuing to put your trust in Phoenix Events (East) Ltd. We are already looking forward to next year and seeing the parade continue to grow!

I have only made use of their services once, this turned out to be a false alarm activation, however I was very please that I wasn't attending alone having previously a break in alone.

We provided keyholding and 24/7 alarm response for your business throughout the year, and we’re pleased we could give you that added peace of mind. When the alarm activation did occur, our team was on site within 5 minutes, where we carried out both external and internal patrols to ensure everything was safe and secure.

Fantastic first experience with an agency!
The Phoenix Team were absolutely fantastic in supporting Kings College London’s Student’s Union’s 2025 Welcome Fair. This is a high risk, central London event that welcomes over 7000 students. This was the first time our organisation had worked with a staffing agency, Anna was highly communicative in the lead up, allowing us to iron out any issues or concerns. Support on the day was fantastic, the team largely worked to support with way wayfinding around the 4 story venue and queue management. A staffing lead was also provided to oversee phoenix staff on the day, removing that workload for the organisation. Overall very pleased with the service provided and we’ll be working with Phoenix again!

It was a pleasure supporting King’s College London Students’ Union at the 2025 Welcome Fair at Old Billingsgate, London, with a team of 40 event staff. A shinning experience with phoenix 😉✨
I had a great experience working with Phoenix at the Shine Event/Cancer Research 2025. My role involved directing attendees and ensuring their safety, particularly protecting them from oncoming cars. The crey was dope, they checked in on me regularly to know if I was doing okay, and made sure I got home in one piece.
In all, it was a proper good time, and I would definitely work with Phoenix again!

We were really impressed with the team from Phoenix Agency. They did a fantastic job managing the parking, which is often one of those things that gets overlooked but makes such a big difference on event day. It was such a relief not to have to worry about it, knowing it was all in hand.
They also made a great impression with the venue owners, which is a huge bonus for us as organisers — on the day, they’re representing us too, and they did that brilliantly.
We’ve used Phoenix Agency before and will definitely be working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

It was a privilege to support Suffolk Dog Day, a Suffolk-based local charity event that raises vital funds for projects across the county. This was our 2nd year supporting the event, and the 1st year it was held at the Suffolk Showground – a venue we work at regularly and are very familiar with.
Our team provided full parking support, ensuring visitors had a smooth and safe arrival and exit, along with internal and external event signage to help the day run seamlessly for both the charity and its supporters.

This year marks our third year supporting the Yarmouth seafront section of the parade, and it’s always such a pleasure to be part of such a special community event. The seafront is one of the busiest stretches of the parade route, often attracting thousands of spectators who line the promenade to watch the celebrations, so making sure everything runs smoothly and safely is something we take great pride in for the drivers of the trucks. With 100 trucks in close proximity and so the crowds can watch from a safe distance.
We hope you and your daughter had a great day our, and we look forward to supporting the chairty in the years ahead.

We’re glad we could assist so quickly when you needed immediate security protection. Our team , including two Dog Units and an SIA-licensed Door Supervisor, were deployed within 45 minutes and remained on site to provide ongoing protection throughout the evening and night.
