Sam and Jack from Phoenix Events (East) Ltd were friendly, helpful and professional. They took time to chat to people at our Queen's Platinum Jubilee Event and made everyone feel comfortable and safe.

Thank You, We look forward to working with The Downham Market Festival every year, Providinig staff for your carnival parge through the town. including sinage and barriers to make sure the parade is the safest it can be with no external traffic near the parade. Each year we reveiw and make it even safer the next year. We love supporting the event even attedning there fundrasing events and we look forward to working with our friends at the carnival in 2023,
Swaffham Rugby Club
We hired Phoenix to provide overnight marquee security. The guard, Rob, was thoroughly professional. He turned up on time, was attentive and presentable and carried out his duties without any issue. Thanks.

Steam Rally Security
We employed Phoenix Events to provide us with security at our steam rally, Saffron Walden Crank Up. We were very happy with the service provided Sam ran the security in a professional manner and was happy to help with anything we needed. We will be booking again next year.

Phoenix Events (East) Ltd, were in charge of the bag drop at a recent marathon I took part in. I left my bag with the very friendly member of staff who packed it into the truck which would then transport it to the finish line. Within minutes I realised that I needed my bag back as I had forgotten to put my sunglasses inside. The staff member had no problem finding my bag again and waiting whilst I did what I needed to. I saw a few other people asking for their bags back, as they too had forgotten to do something and none were moaned at for this. Collecting my bag at the end was also very smooth. I had genuinely thought I may find that my sunglasses inside were damaged and/or that the two bananas I had in my bag would have been squashed after being moved about but nothing was broken or squashed. My bag must have been dealt with very carefully as it wasn't a very sturdy bag!! All very good stuff! Thank you!

Took my children and mum to an Ipswich Town football game and the phoenix staff were on the turnstiles..
Very approachable very happy and friendly. This is a company that values each employee and it show great management skills guy keep up the good work

Have been very good
We (Aztec) have used Phoenix Events for many events at The Norfolk Showground and have had overall a excellent service from them. Many members of staff return for our events which ensure they are familiar with their roles and they are courteous. We use them for a range of services including day security, carparking and general event build up. Obviously security companies are only as good as their staff deployed and so far I have been very pleased / impressed. Would recommend.

We love working at The Norfolk Showground, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences from working with a range of events there. Our staff are of great importance to us, and we always seek to work as a team to provide the best services for our clients and customers, across security, stewarding, car parking and night portering etc.
Having been involved with such a large range of events, our staff are always willing to get involved, which ensures lots of familiarity with what their job requires. We are so pleased to hear that they worked efficiently, and cannot wait to get involved with more events at The Norfolk Showground in the summer, and into the long-term future.

Minidonks on parade
We took part in the vast Winnold’s Day Parade at Downham Market with our Miniature Donkeys for Well-being. The event was very well run, the parking, security and marshalling were all well handled. We will definitely be back for a subsequent event.
